I been in tennessee 4 years and this was my first time eating here.....this place is horrible the gravy taste like plastic, fries have no taste, burger cold spent $15 just to come home and ended up eating a muffin for dinner I been by passing this place for years I should of by passed it tonight also...????

The manager has an attitude problem the workers were very helpful. We asked for delivery we got delivery was cold food they let meth amphetamines people that take them deliver food deliver the delivery was cold cold cold so he came back to the jacks we ask the manager because she replaced it she wanted to see where the first order of food went and she was acting like we had something to hide or that we wanted some free food so I know not to go to that Jack's before and that's the first time I ever heard bad Jacks Door Dash isn't the best delivery anymore. Don't go to this jacks ..
