Staff polite and helped us with menu items as our first time visiting. We had hot lattes and iced, all here great. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Also enjoyed the chocolate chip pancake. I liked the small size perfect with a sandwich.

Think twice before utilizing for event planning and catering.
Multiple unreturned phone calls over several weeks.
Planning a special 5Oth wedding anniversary for family and had to look elsewhere.
Disappointed as we heard that food was delicious.
They catered our church Thanksgiving luncheon today. Food was absolutely delicious. What very little was leftover, members wanted to take home. Thank you Jackson's Kitchen staff!!!

Dylan d was very rude and I were in there this morning I ordered food and the server Dylan d didn't not take my order right so I went up there any explained my food to him and he told me basically to shut up 😤 in very mad ant this is not how you do business iam a business only and I'd it wasn't for customers you would not have business and I ask for a manger and he told me that they wasn't end
