This was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's. There were a few people in line and I believe there was a mix up with the orders. I got the wrong sandwich. I didn't realize this until after I left the restaurant. The sandwich they gave me tasted good, it's just not the one I wanted. I'll pay more attention next time.

When they get it right it's good. That doesn't happen often. Once I payed to add bacon, no bacon. Another time ordered a giant turkey sandwich. Got a club instead. And of course it's hard to open a sandwich and check in the store, so usually we find out at home. I think of all the times we ordered only 1 was completely correct.

I’m a huge fan of jersey mikes, this is my usual go to sub place in tx and when I travel as well. Did not like this location. They didn’t do a good job of making the sandwich, the cheese was the thickest I’ve ever had at Jersey mikes. One thing I love abt them is their thin cheese slices, here it was far too thick. I always get it mikes way and yet it was so off. Too much vinegar and not enough oil, oregano and salt pepper. Also something tasted a tad bit bitter. For the first time in years I did not enjoy my sub from Jersey mikes. I had instances where it may be too much cheese or lettuce or not enough tomatoes but over all the sandwiches have always been enjoyable except this one. 😞

Food was great!! A little pricey but that's okay every once in awhile but couldn't afford to eat there on a regular basis. But will definitely go back one day soon. The deluxe Philly Steak sandwich was so good and will order it again next time we go there!!

Jersey Mike's needs to contact me as soon as possible. I want to know why they have someone working there who thinks it's okay to verbally attack customers in the store??? I thought restaurants are supposed to be safe public places for people to go and eat.... If you are the new owner please contact me ASAP before this becomes a legal matter. Your new manager has my information.
This jersey mikes has the most friendliest employees, everybody is always in a great mood and the food is always fresh. I appreciate their hard work. Great job everyone
