Got a chicken Philly and it was terrible. The tea labeled as sweet was not sweet. There was a guy spray painting water stained tiles above my head while I was trying to eat. Eyes were watering and I could taste the spray painting fumes over my food.

On a previous visit a couple of years ago it was horrible. The service was for the sandwich very disappointing very little meat. Well I decided ta give it a try again today. And I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly the food was fresh and hot. I ordered the Big Kahuna it was excellent! I understand that they are under New Management or owner as of about a year ago. I will be back!

Alexis , Jace and another young lady who I failed to get her name were very helpful in waiting on me quickly and smiling while dieing so . I have NOT ate my sandwich yet but I was SO pleased with the service that I felt I could go out on a limb and give my review 1st. I have NEVER had a sandwich from this shoppe that I was NOT 100% satisfied with UNTIL now ..... Way too much mayo and vinegar and oil. I asked for EXTRA mayo and went and sat to wait for my order I now know I should have stayed there at the counter to walk then thru but again my fault because I've NEVER had a problem in the past any trusted my past experiences. After removing a lot of the mayo I still found a way to enjoy my sandwich.

Food was great! When we walked in it was obvious that the employees were having an off day (having worked in the food industry I totally understand). They were complaining very loudly about a costumer who had complained about the price of his food and then the proceeded to talk about how the would just fight him if he came in and complained again. Then when it came time for my order I told the lady that I wanted a veggie. She didn’t understand me (which is totally understandable I can admit - I did mumble a bit) and instead of politely asking she said “What”. So I repeated my order louder than I had. They were making multiple orders at the same time and had multiple people at the counter preparing orders. The one lady who took my order was slicing meat for all of them. I was looking and saw that my sandwich wasn’t on the table and I thought that the just hadn’t gotten to it yet because it looked like a large order had been placed before mine. When it came time for my sandwich they grabbed one (which wasn’t what I ordered) and asked me what I wanted on it. When I told them that it wasn’t my order - they gave me an attitude about having to do it again. Had I had known that was my sandwich instead of it being mixed in with the other order at first, I would’ve let them know before it got too far along. When the original lady who took my order came back up she saw that a different sandwich had been made and she asked why it wasn’t being made. When she was told it was the wrong sandwich at first she glared at me HARD. 10/10 for the food but service was awful today.
