So I placed an order for delivery tonight. Things didn't go well so I headed to the store. When I got there I was greeted by the manager Savanah . She was very understanding and one of the nicest people I have met. She solved my problem professionally and with a smile. She has a sense of humor that had me laughing and in a great mood when I left. I will definitely be ordering from Jets again. Thank you Savanah for turning a bad situation into a great one.. ☺

One of the pizza’s were wrong. Called two different times and both times said it was being made. Never received the correct pizza. The lady manager there is extremely extremely rude. Surprised she even has a job, after the way she talks to people. She was rude to my husband and hung up on him. Horrible attitude.

After working a near 14-hour day, I thought that I could just pop in jets and grab the two sliced combo real quick and head home...... After sitting there for over 20 minutes, waiting on just two slices, I got tired of waiting and just left. Ask for a refund or anything because I was too tired to deal with it. Won't be going back.

Ordered the large Jet 10 pizza and the veggies were raw, thw antipasto salad was missing the banana peppers and the cherry tomatoes were soggy. I order from this establishment on occasion and have never had any problems with my order. Would recommend just check your order.
They have really good pizza. Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly though.

I already had a $20.00 credit, so I ordered a Ham + Cheese Calzone and an Antipasto Salad with Greek Dressing. what I received was JOUY's Garden Salad with Italian Dressing. NEVER COMING TO YOUR STORE AGAIN! Previous order was incorrect was the reason for the credit!
