Today there was one guy working with NO help. We ordered call in and went to pick it up, the guy was sooooo nice and so overwhelmed but I want everyone to know what a fantastic job he was doing ALONE keeping up with the lunch rush. This was at Jet’s on Oil Well Rd.

This is a hard review to leave since this is one of my favorite pizza shops but today I received the worse customer service let me tell my story and you decide At 124pm I put an online order and used the tracker on the website to know when I should make my way to pick up my Pizza at about 148 I made my way and arrived to the restaurant when I arrived and spoke to them they informed me that they are low dough and are making pizza as soon as the dough is done understanding I asked how long was told 10 minutes so I left and returned 10 min later then I was informed that the Pizza was still a little doughy and should be done soon and I said ok and I sat and waited time passes and my order was done but incomplete I was missing 1 pizza they apologized and put my order in the warming box and I sat and continued to wait now others came in and waited for some time then they received their order and left now I have been waiting for almost 2 hrs at the his time when I finally asked a question when I did the young man who identified him self as a general manager became defensive now let me say I was not the calmest of people but having waited that much time I believe I was above average in patience as we argued looking like two jack asses I informed him he has the worse customer service he entered a rant on how he has the best customer service and he attempted to bring his coworker as to help his boast but you could see how uncomfortable he made them putting them in that situation finally the owner came and talk to me and when he looked at my order he saw one was done incorrectly and two incomplete all I wanted was my Pizza he told me that he would remake my order and have it delivered and he did . Like I said this used to be my favorite but after this interaction no longer. Now having read this interaction it is up to you and if that little man reads this the general manager you have a lot to learn on how to act in no way he should act as he did as a general manager

I order a Detroit style deep dish and cinnamon stix.Very sloppy and unprofessional. Called to speak with a manager she hung up in my face when I was very polite. She stated her name was Bri I order on night shift.

Food was good. I especially liked that their website could display allergies and I could avoid soy because I'm allergic. I wish more places would eliminate soy. This was our first time but it took a bit long than it should because the person at the counter seemed to be by herself doing everything. I felt bad for the pressure she was having to deal with because there was a rush at that time. Not sure why it ended up like this but she did a great job considering. Definitely would go back. Hopefully management figures out the staffing.
Hands down taste and quality about the food is above all other places.

We Love To Eat Here. We normally go to the one Off of Christmasville Road in Jackson, Tn. They have a good size dining room…… GREAT PIZZA! 🍕 it is Soo Good! Don’t forget to get cheesy bread too! Definitely Recommend… 1-10 rating I give it a 12. Got to check them out!

The food is awesome. Everything else sucks! The app, website and employees are horrible. The only place I have to yell to place my order. This will be my last pizza I get from this place. I will drive out of my way to the other one just so I never have to go in here again.

Placed order over the phone on Friday night said would be 1 hour but the pizza never came . Called the next morning and was told yea we have your pizza no good explanation on why it wasn't delivered. But the guy trys to give me the pizza from the night before instead of refund . After a few words they make a new one it's under cooked very little sauce. Waste of my money. Jets will never get my business. Very poor customer service
