The guys running this store are so sweet and deliver the best customer service! The guy with the broken arm makes sure to talk to every person even if he’s busy. As a retail DM this made my day and was very refreshing.

Freaky fast service. Subs are always delicious. Wife had a regular roast beef, I had the bootlegger. Mine definitely had more meat as it should. Both very tasty and made to order accurately. Cashier was very friendly. Will definitely go back. A+++++

i will not be back. waited in the drive thru line for 30-40 minutes on an online order placed ahead of time. there’s absolutely no reason it should’ve taken that long. absolutely ridiculous

Ordered one of my favorite sandwiches here and decided to add avocado this time. When I didn’t see it on there I decided to call and let them know it was missing. When the two gentlemen who were handling my concern were on the phone with me, they weren’t rude, quite polite, and even offered me to come back to replace my sandwich even though it had been partially eaten. I was not able to come back, however.
After being on hold to find a solution, one of them came back to the phone. He happened to be the one who made my sandwich as he told me the exact placement of the avocado. I could hear slight frustration from the gentleman, but it was helpful overall, as I was able to find it. I forgot it was spread and not slices (oops).
I can’t imagine how many people make similar mistakes like I did, but I can’t assume anything either. I’ve never had a mistake on a sandwich here before, so it was nice to know there was no mistake and still receive decent customer service from this situation.

Had to come see this Pickle-Which hype and wasn't completely disappointed but not thrilled either. The Gargantuan was much, much better at the last location I ate at. The place was clean and the service was friendly enough.

We had a last minute gathering and someone suggested calling Jimmy John’s. Luke was super helpful over the phone to give best options for feeding a group of 25. Quick service. Great party platter. Employees thanked us for calling them! Will support them going forward.
I am sure people enjoy these sandwiches but not my cup of tea ... bread was hard to chew, wasn't able to eat it cohesively... either I'd get a mouthful of meat or a mouthful of lettuce ... never anything together. Definitely NOT a place I'll come back to.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Jimmy John's supporter and I when I lived in a different state, I used to eat there all is the time. But this Jimmy John's really needs to work on potion size and quality control.
Last time I went there they gave me a completely different sandwich than what ordered and I didn't realize until I took my food home. I gave them another chance yesterday.
This time I ordered the tuna club, and there was hardly any tuna in it and even the vegetable slices (tomato and cucumber) were tiny. They also put no cheese on it even though it's supposed to have cheese. I had to add my own cheese at home. For the cost, they really need to do better. And they weren't busy at all, so there really wasn't any excuse. I'm sad to not be able to get my Jimmy John's fix here anymore as I'm not sure I'm willing to risk it again.
