Kanpai Sushi Bar And Fusion

My order was wrong again. This happens seriously every time I order from Kanpai. I've picked up orders and used Door Dash. I've called and have not been satisfied with response to make it right in the past. Tonight, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Their food is usually ok, but sometimes bland and the sushi in my opinion has declined.

They had a lot to choose from on the buffet I will try any thing once twice if I like it, 😆 lol ,I didn't have room to try everything,I tried,it was all good that I tried even the sushi was good,oh and the waitress was friendly and polite ,

10/10 recommend! We had an amazing time here today, the waitress was delightful, service was prompt and reasonably priced. The miso soup was the best I've never had and of course the sushi was delicious as well. Makes me wish we lived local to come back.

I get the same thing every time I order from this place. 7-25-2025 food was terrible!!!! I always get the seafood fried rice and egg rolls. The egg rolls were fine but as I took my fork through my rice I had two scallops and two shrimp🤬 I called to complain because I have ordered this several times before and I swear every worker acts as they didn’t understand English but they understood my $30 plus dollars on this TERRIBLE SEAFOOD FRIED RICE!!! I will never spend another cent with this place especially after the employees tried to play as though 2 scallops and two shrimp was normal for this amount of rice. I am irritated, never again I will make my own AT HOME
