I had the patty melt burger, fries & Mac n cheese. Burger - Great Fries - Above average Mac n cheese- Above average 10 minute wait or so, not bad at all. Nice people & great service. Totally recommend this place.

Okay, first off, this is a stationary food truck with covered outdoor picnic tables. Be prepared to sit outside or sit in your car or get it to go. This is a popular local spot. Several were sitting at the picnic tables when we arrived around 2:30 pm, and the lot was full of cars pulling in to grab and go. The hubs had a pimento smash burger, and my choice was a Chicago dog. He doesn't really go for smash burgers but would give it a solid 4 stars. PS, ask for extra napkins with it! My dog was all beef and had a snap when you bit into it. I wish I had foregone the fries and got another dog!
We also purchased a fried chocolate pie. The filling either had homemade vanilla in it or some kind of liqueur in it that the alcohol did not cook out completely. It was still very good.

4 stars.... I thought i hit 5. The burgers are the best. My wife and I love the fries and onion rings too. The only thing I don't like is that I live in north Jackson and KC Finn's is south. But that's fine.
There are very few places we go out to eat. This is definitely one.
The food here is so good! Highly recommend the burger and a fried pie!!! It’s a hidden gem in Jackson because it’s more of a permanent food truck set up rather than a restaurant; so it’s easy to miss. There’s also a pavilion with picnic tables if you want to eat there. The food barely took 10 mins to prepare but apparently that’s long for them and so the Owner actually apologized. But the food was amazing so I’ll definitely be back to try more options.

Bugers , mac and cheese, and pattymelts are great . Bar b q is good. Fast friendly service too. Sweet tea is great but full price $3.29 for about 16 oz refills. Would have given 5 stars otherwise

It's a food truck. You get what you expect for the atmosphere. But as far as the food goes, the burgers are excellent. Honestly, if this food truck was in the arctic I'd still give everything a 5 just because of how good the burgers are. I want one right now just because I'm thinking about it while leaving a review.
If you're passing by, stop in. It's worth it. Unless you don't like good food of plentiful quantity.
