Just came through the drive thru and told them we had a mobile order. A lady with short hair said okay just pull up! When we got to the window, she said it wasn’t ready yet and to wait in our car at the door and she’d bring it out. We waited 15 minutes when I finally went inside and our order was sitting on the front counter. Who knows for how long. Drive thru lady at 3:15pm on 11/02 is solely responsible, she knew she pulled us up therefore it is her responsibility to serve us. I have managed a Taco Bell/KFC combo and sure, mistakes happen. But your cashiers NEED to know where their orders are and where they go to.

Hot and spicy wings were good. Potatoe wedges good. The 2 piece dark meat was not good. The roll was not fresh but it wasn't bad. The service good.

I've been a customer at the KFC in Jackson TN for 30 years. Today I went for the last time I ordered chicken tender meal at the drive through. I DID NOT get a straw, the KFC sauce I requested, or a napkin with plastic flatware. The slaw was more watery mayo than anything and the tenders were more like nuggets than tenders. The biscuit was a blob of raw dough. Won't be coming to KFC in Jackson again. Sad day.

Bad. I ordered the chicken tenders and they looked so miserable I even wrote a blues tune about it called stale chicken blues. The workers looked miserable, the place was very dirty, and it was very empty . This place gives me a depression

Unfriendly workers at KFC on Ridgecrest. They worry more about the drive up than the walkin's.. act like we're a bother to them. Won't be back!
