I've been thru the drive thru twice since this place opened, once at 7pm and once at 8pm. No one took my order despite me sitting there for 15 min asking if anyone was there. When I pulled around the second time, I saw the two girls working just casually chatting. This has to be a new record. Usually new fast food restaurants give good service for at least a month before it all goes to heck. I think the place had only been open a few weeks at that point.

Why can KFC not bring back the. Buffet. ????? I always enjoyed the buffet line . I go to two other buffets in Jackson Tenn. Rather than. KFC. But their chicken is not cooked as well !!!!!!

I need someone to explain to me why you have to go inside to pick up a mobile order and they won't let you get it through the drive thru?Not having to go inside around people is over half the reason I order from mobile.That being said, the ladies inside were as sweet as could be.

Disappointed that some of the online specials for KFC don't work here in Jackson ,Tn. For instance the $10-8piece is $19.99 in Jackson Bummer!

The restaurant was actually pretty clean. The food was only average and they didn't get my order accurate. I read where the workers are getting paid incredible amounts per hour but they only worked in very low gear. I guess they're being overpaid explains why a sandwich costs over $8. Employees are annoyed by customers. I just want my food within 10 minutes. I don't see how KFC can stay in business with this service.... folks will simply walk across the parking lot and enjoy chic filet or across the street for Popeyes. They somehow seem motivated over there.Kid-friendliness: They weren't friendly to anyone that I could see.

I have had fresher leftovers from my fridge. Lady in drive thru was ok. Gave me the wrong drink though. Ordered orange Mountain Dew got regular. Not the end of the world, but the chicken seemed old. Not like get you sick old, but not fresh.
