Went inside to dine in before 8. Made us get it to go. And made the people that were sitting down get up and leave bc they close lobby at 8. Very rude and nasty employees working. Need better management! Not how to treat costumers! We will not be going back.

They were slammed on a Friday night, but the food was hot and fresh and they gave us free drinks for the wait. Excellent service!

I had been seeing an advertisement for their new Saucy Chicken Sandwich and was excited to try the new sauce. I walked in and was looked at and everyone went back to waiting on the drive through customers. They probably handled about 4 to 5 orders before someone ever came to the front counter. When she acknowledged me, she never once smiled. I asked if they were serving the new Saucy Chicken Sandwich to which she replied, "is it on the kiosk? we can only ring up what is on there." and then she walked off. So, I used the kiosk and made my order. When was handed to me, I asked if they had some of the sauce I could try? I was told no we don't have containers of it and again she walked off.

Usually when I come here I go through the drive through but today I decided to go in and let me tell you customer service was bad employees rude mannerisms needs checking but the bread was good, the fries, leg of chicken but not the thigh! More about the employees, quite frankly they threw off my whole mood I was really enjoying my day and the second I walked in there you can see they didn’t care about their jobs and looked miserable. I just don’t feel like they should take it out on me because all I wanted was some chicken, and don’t even get me started on the lady that took her precious time counting out my right piece nuggets. She did all that counting and still ended up giving me the wrong amount !
Food has always been excellent and staff has always been very nice

What should I say? - when the Cole slaw was the star of the meal. - when I remembered why I haven't been to KFC in 15 years. - when Xtra crispy did not mean extra greasy and not crispy. - when I decided to go Popeyes.
Oh yeah... my wife is Korean. I tried to explain the Korean BBQ nuggets would not be good. After trying, she found that there was nothing lost in translation. My wife took it home, cleaned the sauce off the chicken, and prepared it the way it should be. I included a picture. Also, the commercial says the saucy nuggets are $5. The are $5.99 or $6.

It was terrible... Was at the speaker for about fifteen minutes even tho the young lady that was on the speaker very polite but the wait was terrible thats about all...

Food is never on time. I placed an order an hour and a half prior to pick up & didn't start the order until I got there. This has happened to me 3 times now and it's extremely upsetting! I think I will be going back to Popeyes instead.
