I do door dash and i went to pick up a order online it says they close at 10 but it was closed at 9 went thru the drive thru and no response on the speaker so i went to the window and the lady inside was holding 2 bags of boxes of chicken and screaming at me were closed were closed that is so rude

I really don't want to give them any stars. We walked in and got to the counter and before we can say anything this lady behind the counter says order at the kiosk. We had older people with us and it is tough on them to do that. We sat down and the tables were sticky and the floors were dirty. The employees seem miserable, rude, and like they could care less. My chicken did not appear to be done and was just not good. I ordered 2 sides of Mac and Cheese extra for 2.99 each and I didnt get them. I went and told them and they argued with me about it and only gave me one. I didnt have a receipt since I ordered from the kiosk. They were out of some of the chicken that we ordered and there were no lids for the drinks. The manager was sitting at a desk in the back eating. A guy was standing in the kitchen but he appeared to be doing nothing much. It was so hot in there, I am not sure the air was working properly. It was TERRIBLE. You would think that a brand new restaurant would be doing way better than that. Will never return there at all and I don't think it will be open long at this rate.

Google says that they close at 10 PM went by there shortly after 9:16 PM and they were closed bad advertisement

Please take notes from KFC in Brownsville TN. I promise you your sales will increase! Their crispy chicken is good crispy chicken, not original and it is the best! Also I ordered a Mountain Dew and it tasted like carbonated water - yuck ! I don’t have any complaints about the customer service but the food and drinks definitely need improvement.

I went thru the drive thru it’s late so the tired sound is ok but got to the window and u could tell they don’t care.. I got no receipt for my order and the girl walked straight out the door like she needed to go to the restroom and another lady bought my food to the window looking very upset .. my food(fries)was not fresh and not hot at all.. a little soggy actually

I assume they sell food here but if they do it isn’t from lack of trying not to. Doors were locked but no sign saying they were drive through only. No line but still had to wait several minutes for someone to greet me. When I asked for chicken strips I simply got told they would take time to cook. I asked how long. No response. I gave up and just went to the nearby Sonic. They weren’t great either but at least seemed interested in selling me food.

Ordered 2 pot pies thru the drive thru. Got to the window requested hot sauce and honey, employee didn’t say anything just slammed the door and returned with requested items. Got home removed the pies from the bag, 1 of the boxes felt empty and had food all over the top of the box. I removed the pies and pulled the crust back to find very little of the center of the pie there. If I could tell a difference in the weight of the pies an employee should have as well. If they cared.

This is not the first time at this location that we have received bad service. As mentioned in other reviews about going in to order and being told you had to use the drive thru we have experienced that as well. And not to mention the cleanliness of the inside. Absolutely horrible and employees doing nothing. And if you try and call it takes 3 to 4 times before getting an answer when they have no customers.

We were so excited about getting a KFC close to our house. So now we will drive the extra time to go to the highland ave location.

I don’t give this location long before it will become an empty building unless someone does something to improve the service, cleanliness, employees attitude.

After driving 3 1/2 hours, we arrived and the doors were locked while other patrons were eating inside. One of patrons got up and unlocked the doors so we could enter. Once we got to the register the cashier said the lobby is closed but we could go through the drive thru. I explained we had already been driving on a long trip and we wanted to stretch our legs out while we enjoyed a hot meal. She was unphased and offered no help.

After we exited the same employee sat down and enjoyed a hot meal while me and my party departed.

Very disappointing!!! Don’t go to this restaurant EVER!

It’s 5pm I’ve been sitting in the “please pull forward” lane for 20 minutes. There’s three that have joined me. This would be a good place to put a fast food restaurant.

This location would not let you order at the counter. They said you had to use the kiosk. I had to help 5 other people because they did not know how to use the kiosk plus it was very hard to maneuver even though I knew how to use it. I was happy to help these people but what if I hadn’t been there. These were older people and would not have had anyone to help them. That just tells me this KFC doesn’t care about their customers.

All I can say is I feel sorry for the owner because the service is awful. I tried to get a bucket of chicken and I was told they didn’t have eight pieces of chicken ready the smell of weed in the air. I just changed my mind and went home and ate a sandwich

Employees have terrible customer service. Try to ask questions and instead of answering, revert you to kiosk. Seems like they don't know their menu. Had 2 orders, asked if that was it and instead of yes or no answer, attitude. Then told I can't help you didn't get what you ordered. When in all reality I did, employee didn't want to take time to confirm order. Poorest customer service I've received in a LONG time. This location is as bad as Bolivar, TN
