We were harassed by an employee named Judy on a 3 transaction Instacart order in the self checkout lane. She was yelling at us and asking us to provide receipts for each order and that we couldn’t put bags in our buggy until it was empty. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at a Kroger store and I hope they will get rid of her soon. Worst experience ever at a Kroger store.

Shame, shame on you Kroger!!! You have monopolized the grocery market in West Tennessee but yet a customer goes to the deli counter on a Friday about 10am and the deli is closed. Many times the very thing you go after your shelves are empty and not stocked. How the general public wishes for a Publix!!!!! But for now, I will just go to Aldi or Walmart! Sick of your poor management style!!!!
the main pharmacy woman is very rude and mean she needs to be moved or train in manners it's sad to have a brain tumor that can't be fix and metal rods on spinesinve 1989 and have to deal with the stress of her
I encountered a very disrespectful employee at Kroger’s Deli Department on 11/12/22. I placed an order the night before I needed it and was told it most likely won’t get made because of the short notice but they will give it to the morning crew anyway. That was fine, however, I ended up needing to cancel the order the next morning because of a mixup with the organization I ordered it for. As I attempted to explain this to the employee via phone, I was met with anger and she decided to cut me off mid-sentence and hang up on me. I never received a call regarding whether or not the order would be made (I left my number specifically for this, which was discussed with the employee who took my order the night before), so even though I already assumed they did not make it, I called anyway. I reported this to a manager named Travis, who said he’d give the complaint to the Deli manger to “get to the bottom of this” and that I would receive a follow-up callback. I never heard back from Kroger. This is the second incident where a Deli employee was extremely rude to me. I only chose to do business with them again because the last order was delicious. Its a shame that Kroger allows this type of unwelcoming and disrespectful customer service to persist. It speaks volumes about their work culture and how little they value paying customers.
Would you please fix your carts. I was there on Saturday had to push a cart where the wheels would not turn

Employee just sprayed disinfectant on display doors and it went through between the gap in the doors. Don’t want anything else from there.
