Went to Kroger on University Parkway and was blown away by the customer service shown by Jisha a pharnacy intern going above and beyond to help assist me in finding over the counter meds that would help me nurse myself back to feeling well. The fact that it was an OTC drug and she took the time to come and help me find just the right drug added value to my trip after having to then pick up oresysje was again eager to help wait on me. I am thankful for her smiling face and caring attitude.

Nothing is ever in stock, everything is over priced and then they pretend to give you a marked down deal that's still more expensive than anywhere else. To top it off, the customer service is rude. Never going here again.

Love this place, the clearance items and the friendly and helpful staff!

Amanda has a really bad attitude in self checkout. Not sure if it’s a she. Seems like she hates her job. Don’t recommend self checkout when she’s working. Said some really rude stuff to the people beside me. -100000/100

Price is high but they have an excellent assortment of foods and the best cheese island anywhere.

Amazing location. Amazing employees. They have a new flavor of A&W soda that I've been waiting for, for literally 8-9 months and I've been keeping tabs on it to see when and where it would release. Today was that day. I immediately drove the 20 miles to this location, worried that the online store was lying to me, but when I got there I found a very well stocked supply of them and grabbed two 12 packs since I have a lot of people who want to try it, and they'll probably sell out quickly. I went to checkout and the lady was extremely polite and had a good conversation with me about new flavors of soda. As she started to scan them, she realized they were on a buy 2 get 1 sale and asked if I had a Kroger card. I did not, so she asked five different employees if they had a card. One of which went to four other empty registers looking to find one. Another customer offered their card, but the lady said no and that he (I) needed his (my) own. I wasn't sure what was happening, so I just stood there, but eventually she got a card, scanned it, and told me to go get another pack of soda. Amazing experience. This is absolutely the best Kroker around.

Need to stop allowing inconsiderate selfish people to put their nasty dogs with their butts in the carts where food will be. That is nasty and un sanitary. Some of us are allergic. You guys are not spraying those carts down. Someone’s baby will have a reaction. Service animals do not do a lot of barking and shaking pet fur all about. People are taking advantage. The day an unruly dog bites/causes a reaction, you guys will be sued. Dogs do not belong around food.

This place is hardly ever stocked. Everyone that is there to “help you” while you check yourself out has an attitude constantly. Go ahead and get a buggy from the parking lot because none of the 15 people standing around at the front can figure out how to keep them circulating.

Do not go through self checkout if you’re left handed when Bearisha is working… I’m left handed and pick up and hold the items with my left hand and then scanned them and slid them down the belt to the right… she gonna come up and talk about there’s too much movement going on and pull up the video playback on the screen and I said I’m sorry I’m left handed, after watching the video and seeing I scanned everything she scuffed at me and rolled her eyes at me and walked away… I’m sorry I’m left handed sooo boooooo bye

Wish we had a different grocery store, I think their prices are too high! Getting help is almost impossible. I haven't had very good luck with the fruit and vegetables. I had to return them too many times, so I quit buying fruits there. I don't like the self check out at all. everyone wants a check, but no one wants to work!!! Stop over charging!

I was in the meat department looking for some bone in ribeye's. None on the side counter so I went over to 3 guys standing behind the meat case and they said they had none ready at this time. So I went back to.
The site counter. looking for something i could.Possibly buy and 30 seconds later. They bring out a whole cart.Of bone in ribeyes to put on the end cap you can't cut them that fast and wrap them up what ever happened to customer service just be honest and take care of the customer service

I like shopping at Kroger, they usually have decent food

Got my 40 cent discount at the kroger pump, only to see that Kroger had raised its per gallon price far above other stations. My discount was worth very little. This level of rapacious disregard is disturbing. I will still buy some things there now and then, but henceforth I will do my best to do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere.

I got an email from Krogers saying prime rib bone in was $5.95/lb. When i clicked on the coupon to save it, the price showed as $10.99 which i could not understand why specially when the email disappered after i clicked on it a few times to see if it would work and get me the advertised price. What i found out was that the coupons i received were for Dallas area stores and not Jackson TN stores. Now i know if i called Krogers their response would be it is area specific sales. Why would the same cut of meat would cheaper in Dallas where rents, labor and taxes are a lot more expensive than Jackson TN? Reason i think is competition. Lots of competition in the Dallas area and not much in Jackson so they can charge more. $5/lb more. That is your inflation reason folks not the government. Government has no power over inflation. In my humble opinion, it is big corporations that cause inflation by jacking up their prices just because they can. Based on my observation as a consumer, i think inflation is at a rate of 30% in the last year based on the prices I see at the supermarkets.

I’m extremely frustrated with the constant delays in pickup orders at this store. This isn’t a one-time issue—it happens almost every time I place an order. I schedule pickup in advance, but end up waiting 30-45 minutes (or more) past my pickup time. What’s the point of scheduling if it’s never ready on time?

I’ve tried being patient, but the lack of communication and consistency is really disappointing. I rely on this service to save time, not waste it. It’s clear there are staffing or organizational issues that need to be addressed.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves the process, because right now, it’s incredibly frustrating and unreliable.
