The food and service was great! We did the drive thru, so I can tell you the drive thru has a great atmosphere. We hadn't had Krystal in quite a while, so it was a treat!

Sooo....this wasn't a great experience. I'm from the land of White Castle, but was introduced to Krystal when I went to school in Nashville. Fast forward to my road trip when I was feeling nostalgic.
I ordered a double Krystal with cheese. No pickle, no mustard, and a coke. When I get to the window she tells me she's poured a Dr. Pepper. Then she just stared at me so I said....I guess I'll take it. She then VERIFIED my order and I proceeded to wait for about 6 minutes.
When she finally came back to the window I told her I would actually prefer the coke I ordered. She made me keep the lid and straw from her mistake lol.
I finally get my food after close to 10 mins. It was a lukewarm(how?) Double Krystal with cheese...pickles.....and mustard 🙄😒

Burger buns were soggy, almost paste. Ordered 4, only ate 1. Person at drive through window seemed annoyed that she had a customer. Other Krystal stores I've been to have been okay, but I'll never stop at this one again. Really bad food.
