I went through the drive thru and ordered and then waited and the person taking the order Shouted" I Said Pull up" which did not happen and when she passed me my food is was incorrect and I was very nice and said "Mam this is not correct and she then told me that I ordered it that way" I said mam I am sorry but I asked for no cheese she snatched the bag and told me to pull up. I almost lost my cool....I am 49 years old and have never consumed cheese ever and I stated no cheese and I have always ordered it that way. I pulled up and a different person brought my food and said sorry about the women's attitude. The place is rude, and they seem pissed off that you are ordering food from them, I will never go back here again, I will tell my family and friends to never go there, RUDE and unprofessional. Lost me as a customer .

You know you come here for a gut cleanser, you know it. It’s a good part why it’s been here all these years.It. Just. Works.Taco Bell is like a toss of a quarter, you might get something to puts you in the restroom for a hot minute but you come out unscathed, mostly.Krystal? Nah fam. You already went to therapy, cleared your weekend, have a cousin on standby to take you to the ER and a nurse on speed dial from JMCGH that won’t ask any questions, they know and are good about it, if things go south and by south I mean you are weeping and sobbing like a child, begging for your momma.After being delivered from Krystal Trial from the big G, you get up feel like you been baptized from the sickness of the loads of fast food you ate over the years. Go out in the world, pass Krystals, and salute them saying “thank you for the gut bomb”
Drive thru lady was rude. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out. After 16 minutes I asked about my food and I was told not politely that they were still working on it. It took 21 minutes to get my food.

Despite having a dining room, you can only go through the drive-thru. Their windows are cracked and dirty, and the employee taking the order did not know what was on their menu. Very poor service and atmosphere, with over-priced, cheaply-made menu items. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this "restaurant".

I stopped by Krystal after a doctor's appointment in Jackson tn to grab lunch we don't have a Krystal in my town so anytime we are in jackson I make a point go and get me a sack full I love Krystals so much and the staff at the jackson location are awesome friendly people very helpful every time I'm in jackson tn I will be going to drop in love you guysParking: I was able to park in a handicap spot no problemWheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled and I have no problems at all entering this location

Was there Friday 12.29.23 aprox 630 pm , the guy running window was super nice , patient , fast & friendly. They really deserve a special gift from DM , that crew was on point. I had just come from a doctors appointment and starving they filled me up .I will definitely be back for my Krystal burgers ?.
