I used to go often but the service and lack of cleanliness made me quit. Just did pickup but the service and my food were very good and I was surprised at the tables and counters being clean, tea dispenser being full, etc. My small sandwich was delicious and exactly as I ordered it. A bit of a wait but worth it and I had to request napkins. Lenny’s has been my favorite since I was in middle school, but our little town lost the first location a few years back and it was out of the way to drive the 10 minutes to the Parkstone location. Lately I haven’t been able to avoid the cravings, so I drive out there and it does NOT disappoint. New ownership. Quick, great service! I’m hooked all over again!! ?

I ordered the club on the app for pick up. The sub I got was absolutely delicious!!!I was only disappointed that the extra cheese and bacon that I paid for, wasn't On there.Like I said, the sub was phenomenal, and the guys that were there were super nice! I just kinda felt like I didn’t get entirely what I paid for. Maybe next time! I’ll surely be back, though. ??

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Lenny’s! The owner yelled at me for ordering a kids meal to go, he claimed he knew it wasn’t for a child because it had bell peppers on it and “kids don’t eat bell peppers”. He was so hateful and rude, I left in tears! I love Lenny’s but will never ever return to this one because of that owner!
