Only gave 1 star because there's no zero star category available My group was seated and left with menus No one offered to get a drink order or even spoke to us for 20----30 minutes Then when we started to leave the wait staff that had been ignoring us wanted to get huffy then let the cat out of the bag about us being seated in a section where there was no waiter in duty yet. Seems like they have enough business that ours wasn't needed

If You are looking for a place with a good atmosphere without going to a club, THIS is it. I eat out alone often but the bartender Kenny and his Crew definitely make Me feel welcome. Kenny is like Your favorite Cousin Who's also a bartender and Tiffany is Everyone's little sister..😎. I recommend the salmon and a watermelon long island tea 🥸

I will not be giving a good report. We waited for 30 minutes and not one of the servers even asked if we were ready to order or even take our drink order. Then when we got up and left because no one waited on us they had an attitude. On top of that they seated us where there was not a server on duty yet.

A group of us are traveling by motorcycle through the region. Hopped on having a nice dinner. The service was awful. Our waiter was training a new waiter. The trainer was the problem and he needs to be re trained. It all went downhill at the beginning. There were 5 of us. He brought 4 rolls. After asking twice they finally brought more rolls. Guest #1. The waiter took his drink order. Messed it up twice to where the bartender actually had to come out and take his order. He ordered chicken fried steak with mashed and corn. Didn't get his corn. He asked for it twice. After he was 1/2 way done with his meal the corn finally came. Guest #2. Ordered a filet rare with a baked potato and shrimp. What came was a filet well done with rice. Sent it back and she received her meal (minus the shrimp after others were 1/2 way done.) Repeated time it was mentioned she did not get her shrimp. After everyone was finished eating including guest #2 the shrimp came. Sent it back at this point. Guest #3 (me) ordered a BBQ steak that came with potato salad and cucumber salad. Substituted the cucumber salad for cesar. After everyone was 1/2 done my meal came.....BBQ chicken with fries. The waiter argued that's what I ordered. Made him get a menu to prove what I ordered (cucumber salad did not come with the chicken so how could I substitute something that wasn't there) he realized he messed up the order. The entire group was done eating when the waiter came back out to ask again what my order was. Eventually I told the waiter dont bother. Everyone was done and I still did not have a meal. Spoke to the manager. He said they would discount the table. Got my receipt and would you believe they were charging me for my meal and 2 drinks. Told the manager im not paying it. He took the meal off but didnt comp anything on mine. He comped the other 2 couples. The manager and waiter are a disgrace. Jackson TN. Waiters name was Marvin

Yesterday I decided to treat my handicap brother to a meal. We decided to order it to go so the hostess gave us a to go menu. We noticed the prices were not on the menu so we got a restaurant menu to see the prices. So needless to say when we were rung up the total was much higher than it should have been. I asked the waitress why were there different prices and she said they charge more for to go orders but if we would have eaten in there it would have been cheaper. I told her that they should tell people about the price differences that they have. But I have to still give them props because the food was still delicious.
Lived here 3 years and just discovered Logan's. Food was great. Service was even better. Ashley kept checking on us every time she walked by the table even though her section was full with a couple of large parties. Crab cakes were delicious! Steak was cooked to perfection. We definitely will be going back.

We placed a to go order for The Logan steak/ribs with sides of green beans and loaded fries and extra rolls. First the front staff is not friendly at all and heaven forbid you interrupt their conversation to get your order, second we ordered the steak medium and it came very rare, third the fries were cold. I ordered the pick up time for 1545 and arrived at 1547. The cheese had congealed into one giant cold blob on top of cold fries, cold beans and the steak was starting to get cold as well. We were not late or early so there was no reason for this. The one thing they do well is the rolls which were perfect. Good thing we were just passing through as there is no way we would ever come back.

My wife and I came in on the fourth of July normally people would be upset having to work on the holiday but our server was incredible I hope I get the name right Carlish made us feel at home a wonderful staff fun atmosphere food was incredible you won't find customer service anywhere like here ty for the wonderful experience
