There were a couple issues with our food. One order was chicken tenders, they were not sufficiently cooked. Fries were cold when the food arrived. There seemed to be an inordinate delay in getting our food made and out to use. We ended up waiting in the parking lot for food to be brought out. They did try and make amends with an offer of free cheesecake for having to wait and the crew was very nice.

A couple of weeks ago I got two chicken wraps and for the price , they were wonderful. Today I get 2 fish tacos and I wouldn't have given those to my dog that fish must have been sitting under warmer for hours.In fact , I couldn't tell there was any fish in it. I have always said it depends on the cooks and the manager.

Can you give a negative star? Because that is literally what they deserve. We haven't want been to LJS in at least 15 years. We thought, hey let's try them today! Well that was a big mistake! They literally had 2 people running the restaurant... and I am not exaggerating because the woman at the window told us so! As you can imagine the wait for our food was so loooonnnng! I feel bad for the lady working the window because she was obviously frustrated and exhausted. Long John Silvers...get your ACT together!!! It will probably be another 15 years before we come back maybe you can figure out how to properly run a restaurant by then.
