Can you give a negative star? Because that is literally what they deserve. We haven't want been to LJS in at least 15 years. We thought, hey let's try them today! Well that was a big mistake! They literally had 2 people running the restaurant... and I am not exaggerating because the woman at the window told us so! As you can imagine the wait for our food was so loooonnnng! I feel bad for the lady working the window because she was obviously frustrated and exhausted. Long John Silvers...get your ACT together!!! It will probably be another 15 years before we come back maybe you can figure out how to properly run a restaurant by then.

I was the only customer. It took around 15 minutes until I got the food. The food was worth the wait, everything was good and fresh.
This was a way better visit than last time.

The shrimp was the bomb. Take your time and cook the fish...the chicken was good but the fish needs to be cooked right, not mushy.

Definitely not the fault of the training staff, both kitchen and service. However, highly under staffed with experienced help for the amount of drive through traffic. The server put my order into the training mode so it didn't go to the kitchen. He never got to my neice as the drive-through was taking all his attention. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere, so I am not able to rate the food.
It's been a long time since I've seen a LJS. I loved this place as a kid, and still do. I with there were more of them across the country.

The food was extremely good, staff very friendly. My only complaint was the men's restroom was gross. Not the restaurant's fault. People are just nasty.
