DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED SO NO DINE IN AND NO EMPLOYEES WORKING ALWAYS ON PHONE AND CUTTING UP NOT GOOD SERVICE MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE DOORS AT THIS ONE IN SOUTH JACKSON TN.
Ordered fish sandwich but had to pull up and wait. Vehicle in front of me had to pull up and wait. Thought I was getting something quick but not so. Won't go back unless I have plenty of time to waste. Very displeased.

We went through drive thru for lunch & it turned out to be a very bad choice. We got everything I ordered but when I stopped to drop off my husbands I got to see the nasty mess they called food. First of all I noticed one plate had only 2 shrimp instead of the 6 it's supposed to have, so I called them and she said they would fix that. Then I see the fish in the other plate, and the fries...GREASE & TOO HARD to eat. I'm still not sure if it was over cooked or if it had been over cooked and just sitting waiting to be purchased. They should've been ashamed to even box it & send it out. It was awful!! So we go in back to Long John's and inquire on getting fresh cooked food, but because we had already left they were only replacing the shrimp. What?! They seen the mess they sent with us, but didn't feel the need to fix the problem. Fresh food with less grease would've been nice real nice. But they did NOTHING,but send us on our way with this mes. Years ago this was a great place to eat. Definitely NOT any more.Had a video of the greasy mess but couldn't post it.

Drive thru today 7:47 pm South Highland Ave Jackson tnI was placing an order, they said they were closed. I ask why and they said they were short staffed. I said wow wow wow. Then, someone in the background "want you come to work"?I've have worked for years and years since I was 15 yrs, never, even when short of help did we close the doors.I went to CaptainD'Souza. They were happy and nice to take my money.
