Ordered chicken tender meal...ir was cold. My friend has rib eye steak dinner and it was cold. Ppl all around us was returning food cos it was cold.Spend $$$$$ for cold food. We will not ever go back.

They never cook you steak medium. It well done every time I order here.
I would leave 0 starts but it won’t let me. We waited at least an hour and a half just to get our meals and when we got our meals they were incorrect and cold. The waitress had to be told to refill drinks and even spilled water on one of us and was in no hurry to get napkins to help clean up. When the manger was finally called she didn’t do much help. After waiting an hour and a half to even get a table we expected better from an high end restaurant. We have been to this restaurant many times and expected better. There’s no sense in paying over $150 for chaos.

I usually eat at the Longhorn in Hot springs,Ar ans the bread is a small loaf it is rye bread but the longhorn was rolls and they was terrible had corn and green bean and they had no flavor at all and I got the pork chops and they was terrible dry and no flavor at all I would not recommend eating at the one in Jackson,TN I will not go there again

Went there on a Friday February 7th 2025. Arrived at 835 p.m. they said 15 minute wait on table. Sat down at 902 p.m that was fine. My wife and I were not in a rush and wanted to relax and enjoy our dinner. Our sever meshek arrived, never greeted us or introduced him self. We placed our appetizer order and meal order promptly. My wife had her drink and I ordered water for both of us.Next our salads were slamed down in our face. Then bread, and 5 minutes later our appetizer. Doesn't a appetizer come first? This place closes at 11p.m and we were obviously going to be rushed through our dinner. We didn't say anything at this point and didnt want to ruin our mood.Minutes later here came our main course. I said why are you bringing this now?. You don't close for 90 minutes. He said they only had three servers. I have no idea what that has to do with us being rushed through a 150 dollar dinner 90 minutes before closeing. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. I have just finished a battle with cancer and as he walked away he laughed. My wife and I couldn't believe that he must of thought my appearance and condition was humorous. We could not be more disappointed with this longhorn jackson tn. Location and more insulted!! obviously meshek thought cancer was a joke. I don't recall being or saying anything humorous. I'm glad he found me humorous. After meeting according to her the managing owner Tiffany I can see why this is the way you get treated and served by meshkek. She tells us she will bring our food back when we are ready hot. Never a apology or explanation on the service or laughing and insulting attitude of her staff. She can see i had a cancer issue. Went 02/03/25. Was not really busy. Food okay, not to get excited about. Small servings and loaded potatoes were so cold would not melt the butter much less the cheese.
BIGGEST ISSUE WAS CLEANLINESS. THE MENUS WERE FILTHY. DRIED FOOD AND SAUCES ALL OVER MENUS. WILL NOT BE BACK. SHOWED TO WAITRESS, SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE MENUS
In my opinion the food and atmosphere are very good. Waiters/Waitresses here are outstanding. However, the process to check in and be sat at a table is by far the worst in the industry. I would rather go to the DMV and attempt to purchase a new shirt than check in here. Otherwise, it's a great place to eat.
I ordered a 12oz ribeye today. It had a portion on the end of it about the size of a silver dollar about 1/4 " thick, then a section about the size of a business card maybe 3/8” thick, the last of the steak was about 5/8” thick. I ordered my steak medium rare. Part of it was a little over cooked. Another part of it was past medium. The last part was well done! It looked to me like this was one of the last cuts off of a whole rib eye. I was very disappointed with my steak!

This place has completely gone downhill, please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! My husband, our son and myself went to eat dinner tonight. Although there was next to no one in the restaurant, we stood waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. There was a couple waiting before us who walked out..I wish we would have. After finally getting seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers. They were good and arrived within a reasonable time. My husband's salad arrived and I was still waiting for my french onion soup. It came after he was almost done eating his salad. It was so cold, the cheese looked like wax and i could stick my finger in it. My husband called a lady over who took it back. Over 15 min after they took it back, it finally showed up again, the same time my steak did , so the steak would be cold or my soup would( again) so frustrating. My son said his steak was salty, but edible. He took the sweet potato home with his steak, and all he ate was mac and cheese. My husband's steak was way undercooked and nothing but salt! He has very high blood pressure, so this was a no go. My Brussel Sprouts( which in the past were good here) were tough and you could not get a fork in them. We then asked for a manager. Tiffany came over and we informed her of the multiple issues and how truly unhappy we were. She offered to recook my husband's meal. We lost our appetite and took everything home for later. What compensation did we receive on a $150 check for food we paid to enjoy out, yet took home?? A whole $24 for appetizers, you think they would have at least compensated my husband's meal. Ridiculous!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

This is by far the worst experience I have had at a steakhouse before. My husband and I normally go to Texas Roadhouse but we had been given a gift card for Long Horn. To start off the hostess was inattentive as soon as you walk through the door just ignoring you as you stand there waiting to speak to her. We checked in on the website as it was quicker than waiting on actual human interaction. Once seated the best thing about our entire experience was our waiter Andrew he was kind and trying his best to accommodate us any way he could. We ordered appetizers which took a long time to come to the table only to be let know that they had burnt them and never remade them. They took them off the bill but still brought them out but by that time we had gotten our food before the appetizers and the mushrooms we ordered were cold. The steak very fatty and underwhelming. Overall I would not recommend this place to others and I wouldn’t be back here. The lamps at the table are also very dusty along with the railing separating the booths. I recommend Texas Roadhouse the wait is long but the staff is attentive, fresh bread as soon as you sit down and the staff is incredible!

Dont know whats going on here but something changed in last yeat. For years this was our spot 3-4 times a year, all our visits in 2024 were awful, either food or service or both were lacking. I hope 2025 is year you all get back on track doing what you did from after covid through 2023. Its too expensive to not be right.
