Service was almost nonexistent. Took 15 minutes after being seated for someone to take our drink order while at 25% capacity at best. I had the New York Strip ($25) which was not only overcooked (asked for medium) but was actually burnt on one side. Asparagus was nice and juicy, but was oddly huge. Salad was fresh and probably the best part of the entire meal. Disappointed because other locations have been amazing in the past. I would avoid this location.

I got food to go. Make sure your server knows what you ordered. I order 2 ribeye meals exactly the same except no sour cream on one baked potato. The server misunderstood me I guess. He didn't order us but one baked potato. I regret giving him a tip now. Food was good.

I got the ground beef patty (mushrooms and onions, no sauce) with a loaded baked potato and salad. I should have left off the onions and mushrooms because they still seemed to have sauce, but it was ok. The French onion soup was warm, but needed to be warmer. Others who got a filet or sirloin steak really enjoyed their meal. Our server was really excellent (checked back often, noticed when glasses needed refilling, etc.).

I totally enjoyed my experience here with friends.Parking: Setting next to bigger parking lot. Even pulling big trailers, we had excess to huge parking lot. Really enjoyed this. Waiting time was reasonable. Food great!
The app is nice to be able to scan at the front of the resturaunt and get your name on the list to wait. It would be nice if it showed you your place in line like they do at other resturaunts that use these systems. The wait staff was polite, but not very attentive. The front hostesses were trying their best at crowd control, so politness wasn't in the cards for them. The only one that smiled was the one that showed us to our table.They ran out of lime and lemons for the drinks. The salad had the dressing dumped on the side and the cup was a mess, someone was in a rush. The vegetables were overcooked. The steak and the ribs were cooked well and were delicious, definitely the high point of the meal. It was a Friday night, the place was packed, it was almost an hour wait to get in, so the rush and running out of things is part of the game. You'd think someone would run to Walmart for limes and lemons, but oh well. Overall it was ok, not their best presentation and not the best visit here.

Got there at 8 or so and had to wait almost an hour to get a table for 6. Sadly the table was empty the entire time we had to wait. Our waitress was very professional and did a great job. Our food was the worst I've ever had from here. I've been coming here since I moved here 4 years ago. The manager never came out to check on things in the restaurant. Our food was cold. And steaks were burnt but cold??? How does that happen??? The cooks obviously don't care about quality and neither does management. It will be a long time before I come back.
