Ice cream was OK!
Such a delish and satisfying afternoon treat. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Some of the BEST ice cream!
I absolutely love Maggie Moo's! The ladies that work in there are always busy busy, but always do exceptional!!!
Amazing service and great communication. A little pricey but based on the quality of sweet treats kinda worth it!
We ordered a small birthday cake and 2 scoops of vanilla icecream in a waffle cone. The worker responded they didn’t have waffle cones, which was fine. She then asked if we wanted toppings, to which we said yes. The worker then responded “we don’t have any” and set the icecream for us to take. The worker said we very short with us, and one of them did not speak at all. Typically, I would not leave a bad review, but we paid $8 for icecream because “they didn’t have anything”.
Great ice-cream and service all around loved it
Handmade ice cream at its finest, made the trip from Phoenix worth the flight. Owner is a sweetheart who obviously loves her craft. If you love ice cream this is the place to go
Service was terrible. Unfriendly staff that appeared annoyed to.... do their job? The place is dirty and outdated. Hated to even sit down in there but had our kids with us. Such a disappointment all around.

Will never purchase from again! My husband bought a cookie cake for my birthday and the cookie part was literally thinner than the thin piece of cardboard it was sitting on. We’ve gotten these multiple times before and they have never been this thin. Today (2days later) it is so dry but we were eating a piece and got a hair that was inside the icing. Very disappointed ☹️ $60 is way too much for what we got.
It had been years since I had been to Maggie Moo’s and we (me, husband, son) made a stop since we were driving through. In years past the ice cream was delicious. I wish I could say the same for this visit. After contemplating for a few minutes on an ice cream flavor to sample we decided to give the cake batter/birthday cake a try. It was the worst ice cream I ever had. I tried the ice cream and my two year old did as well.
My two year old spit it out and made a face. When I tried it, it tasted like the ice cream had melted and then was refrozen again. That is the best way I know to describe it.
We ultimately didn’t try anything else and ended up leaving.
As far as the service, the service was lackluster. They weren’t outright rude but definitely could tell they wanted us to hurry up and make a decision. Mind you we were the only ones in line.

Milkshakes are good. Chocolate peanut butter was delicious. We tried the chocolate chip and pumpkin cookies and they were absolutely delicious.

Peanut Butter ice cream mixed with chocolate ice cream, into a shake!!! Yummy!
It’s a cute place
The strawberry shortcake sundae was not it it taste like it’s made with old bread and watered down strawberry syrup
I spent $40.00 on ice cream for 5 people and only one of those 5 people actually ate more than 3 bites of what they ordered and I couldn’t blame them because I wasn’t eating mine either
Looks great on the menu doesn’t taste anywhere near as good as it looks
