Received a coupon in the mail. Mostly Bait/Switch- it's okay, I'm a big boy. I'm sure it will be good, someday. I enjoyed the thin crust.! The veggies looked great. But I was looking for something else besides having cold pizza in the evening.

I ordered a pizza and I was informed it was going to be a 20 minute wait. 35 mins went by and my son went to check on our pizza and the cashier told him our pizza was given to another customer and we were never informed about our pizza being given away. They offered to give us free cheese bread and no one never apologized for the wait, the inconvenience or their mistake. They need better customer service skills and I will never eat at Marco’s in Jackson, Tn ever again. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I explained that I wanted to ask about ordering online - the person said he couldn't help me with a coupon - I never said anything about a coupon which proves that this person never paid attention Please train your employees to LISTEN This business lost a sale due to HORRIBLE customer service

Marcos is pretty good pizza. Hell it's better than lil Caesar
Yesterday I traveled with a group from Houston. I called Marcos to pre-order pizza. I ordered 15 larges and needed them delivered at 10pm. Mind you they close at 11pm. Can I tell you that this pizza was delicious. The lady who delivered was very friendly.
