Constantly having bad service and bad quality of pizza. Last visit will be my last. Ordered pizza cheese sticks and a salad right when store opened. Ordered by online for pick up. Waited in pick up window for 25 minutes after driving 15 minutes to pick up order. No one came to window to explain why it was taking as long as it was and I even tipped them.

I had an awful experience with this Marcos tonight.
I ordered my food at 7:01 PM and only just received it at 8:41 PM. I was hoping for at least a friendly interaction and maybe an apology for my food being so late, but nothing from the delivery lady. I asked if the sauces were in the box, and she told me, “they should be.” She turned and literally ran at this point.
Considering I only live four minutes away from the store: the food was cold and yet, it still was not cooked all the way through. Not only was it late, cold and not completely cooked (or cut), they didn’t even include the sauces that came with the food I ordered, OR the sauces that I paid for. I called the store hoping that maybe they’d be able to at least bring the sauces that I had ordered, but was told by the manager on duty that it would be another 45 minutes to get the sauces to me. I am going to speak to the general manager tomorrow only to let them know how awful the service was and how inedible the food was when it came. The store was great when it first opened, but it is horrible now. I will not be returning.

Pizza made to perfection each and every time. Shane and Lexie always provide the best customer service. Very thankful for this new location. Easily the best pizza in Jackson!
Vegetarian options: Build your own pizza any way you'd like. Including veggie only options.
Kid-friendliness: Not to busy parking lot with a picnic table to dine at.
The people who makes the food didn't wear gloves. I witnessed the person who took my order,went from ringing me up took my money then counted change,and gave it back to me,then started making mines plus other orders without washing there hands and go straight to touching every. The co worker made orders with bare hands also. I think that's disgusting.

Lexie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to explain all of the menu options available, and definitely had me hungry for some Marco's by the end of it! Absolutely brilliant attention to detail, wanted to ensure I had the best experience possible, and truly embodies what it means to be an excellent sales associate and overall kind-hearted human being! I don't live in Jackson, but I assure you I will be back anytime I pass through thanks to Lexie (and, of course, the delicious meal she recommended!).
