Absolutely brilliant attention to detail, wanted to ensure I had the best experience possible, and truly embodies what it means to be an excellent sales associate and overall kind-hearted human being! I don't live in Jackson, but I assure you I will be back anytime I pass through thanks to Lexie (and, of course, the delicious meal she recommended!).

Placed a delivery order 2/5/24. They got my pizza wrong and when I requested to get the one I actually paid for, I was told I’d need to pay another $5 delivery fee unless I wanted to pick it up. Seems there’s no incentive to get an order right if they just get to rack up on extra delivery fees by getting it wrong. Customers being charged for company failures is what ordering has become in 2024.

Placed an order for delivery on 8/29/23 at 8:16 pm. Delivery driver was on time and very polite and that is the only positive thing I can say. Website states salads are Fresh Cut in bold print and Customize Your Order. My Fresh Cut Customized salad was in a completely sealed prepackaged container. Explain to me how any of that salad was fresh cut or customized? The lady did offer to refund the price of the salad or they will deliver another one. Why?? Why would I order another salad knowing you are going to open up a prepackaged salad and dig out what I don’t want. Your website has false advertising and I don’t recommend anyone eating the food here.

If you want delivery they stop answering around a hour and half before they close. I’ve gotten delivery many times, today they didn’t feel like coming out so they said they don’t deliver here. I’m 1.3 miles away. The food is good if they let you buy it. Avoid this place like sickness unless you follow their unwritten rules. The service is second to none among trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Marcos. Service here was great!!! Everyone was so nice. Quick service. I just wish they wouldn't over brown the crust and the cheese bread which I got might have been a bit short on cheese. I feel this may be the instructions given the workers .

This was my first experience with Marco's pizza. Unfortunately, I probably did not get a true indication of their pizza because we had a large order that I had pre-ordered. I arrived just a few minutes before it was to be ready, and it was already finished and sitting in the warming area with a bunch of other pizzas. I don't know how long it had been prepared.
Always an awesome experience for a take-out only place they rock! We stop here as often as we can for pizza!
