This place used to be homey and comfortable, but now it feels dead and lifeless because of this new simplistic aesthetic. It feels less like a restaurant and more like a place that only wants your money. At least the bathrooms and the food stayed the same. Big TVs took the place of photos of old Jackson Tennessee. They don’t serve you your drinks anymore because it’s a self serve, which adds to the lifelessness. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I ordered online to get the order picked up. My kids also ordered their food. They waited until I arrived to let me know that they didn’t have enough ingredients to make a Ruben. I had to order something that I didn’t even want. Bad customer service.

Quality and quantity has really went down hill. The turkey club wrap was pitiful with mostly tortilla little meat and vegetables. The broccoli soup was pure liquid. I was shocked they even served it. Give a star for polite staff.

I usually order lunch online for pickup. I get the 2 for deal, king club and nachos. Usually it's the best lunch around. Last time I went inside to get my order and it wasn't ready, I arrived 7 min past the time listed when ordered. The employees were busy talking to pack up my order. Once they turned around and saw me they threw everything in the bag quickly. I had no straw or utensils with my lunch. Not the worst thing to happen. But my king club sandwich is usually the high light of the meal. It had more bread than usual, like someone literally took a club and stacked them together. The biggest mess I've ever had to pickup with my fingers. The nachos were not like previous orders either. Just chips, some black olives and a jalapeño. They pack the chili and cheese separately but it was colder than my drink. I will order my lunch elsewhere for awhile. Maybe they have new people that need more training.

Bought potato soup and broccoli cheddar soup today ,it is pure colored water,,
Took absolutely forever for a basic To Go order, the grilled cheese wasn’t even cooked so we asked for them to cook it and then it was hard as a rock so I had to ask for them to cook it again. All the food was cold the kids, pizza, etc. The food was disgusting. The building was dirty, will never go back.

This restaurant did a great job for our lacrosse team. We placed a large order and they fulfilled it beautifully. It was picked up by a parent who is also a restaurant manager herself and she was very impressed with the quality of service and how pleasant the workers were to her.

I doordash my order they dumped the vegetables on the chips gave me a cup of chili so I need to figure out how to make nachos I didn't order something that had assembly required if you want mccallisters go there please don't have it delivered I'll never order from them again I poured what small amount of chili on there didn't cover my chips I could have bought a bag of chips for 2 bucks total waste of money I can't even get the olives or tomatoes to mix with the nachos they are at the bottom somewhere I hope terrible cook incredibly poor discipline and execution

The food was ordered (thank You, Moriah!) and delivered quickly and correctly (Yay! in the kitchen). They checked with us on refills. LA (general manager) was working the floor checking with patrons to see if they needed anything and if their food was good. The French Dip was really Good! This was an excellent experience! We will be back!
