McAllisters is our go-to place in Jackson when we can't decide on what to eat. They always impress me with how fresh and tasty their food is. I think it is a great place to stop in and eat when you want some quick and delicious. The only gripe I have about this place is that they are a little pricey. But the food is worth it.

They were super friendly here! My order was taken very quick. I used to eat McCalister’s non stop but I moved so I no longer have one by me. I stopped here on my way out of town and they were amazing. I’ve never had another McCalister’s that had Mac and cheese this fresh! It was so hot I had to wait to eat it which I love! I highly recommend the Smokey pepper jack turkey and Mac and cheese!A great place! 10/10!! Also my food was delicious as always!❤️

Online order beware order was labeled correctly but inside wraper was not what I ordered. I have worked for food industry before so things happen. But had to return to receive repaired order after the fact.

They couldn’t find my order to begin with. Then I get in the car with the food and see liquid at the bottom of the bag. Our sandwich’s and bags of chips were soaked in au jus and pickle juice because they put pickles in unsealed bags and don’t know how to properly pack a to go order. Food was not good at all and we won’t be returning ever again.
When approaching the counter no one welcome my party. More than three employees made eye contact, no one said a word. After 3 minutes someone waved us over to take the order. The food was not what I have experienced in the past. My husbands sandwich was good so he swapped with me. After expressing what happened to employee she did not even apologize for the rudeness. Just made excuses about pick orders wrong or something. Will not be returning to this establishment. However, someone did come inside door behind us, they were greeted by all, even kitchen staff. Maybe this was an employee and their family?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem through the app that the managers LA and Tenisha were very swift to help me out with. Tenisha even called me back even though they were busy at the time my problem occurred. Food is great.

It was dirty and the worst part other than it being extremely slow with people waiting was a random woman wearing grey sweat shirt and sweat pants came out of the back and took her croc off and pulled her sock down and scratched her nasty ashy heel and ankle. After she satisfied her itch, she goes and gets crackers out of the bin and goes back in the kitchen. I watched to make sure she didn’t prepare my food. Don’t know if the family and friends will be back for awhile.

I placed an order, in the restaurant, to go. I ordered a choose 2 with French dip sandwich. Sandwich had 1 thin slice of roast beef on bun and no au jus!!! Of course, I assumed it would be fine so wh I got home 60 mins later, I was sadly disappointed. Why or why doesn’t someone pay attention?? Worse sandwich I’ve ever had. DRY!!
