I come to this McDonald"s often for breakfast, its on my way to work but on 2/11/25, I had the misfortune of a VERY rude gentleman at the drive thru. I couldn't understand anything he said for an annoying clicking noise in the drive thru speaker. When I tried to order he said " I TOLD you to hang on", I explained that I couldn't understand him and that's when he became even more rude. When I got to the window I told the young lady how rude the gentleman was and about the clicking noise. She said that he did that with his headset to annoy her and that his name was Bernard and would I please tell the person at the next window what he did. I told her, she seemed unconcerned. Bernard needs to be fired. He is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Likely I will not be going back to this McDonald's. I will go across the street to Wendy's.

I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one at the counter they were allowing people that were not in uniform to go behind the counter. I ordered 2 McChickens yall gave me 4 I ordered 2 McDonald's no mustard ketchup but extra pickle they were regular way the people there were not very nice the location was pretty gross looking will not go back there or reccomend I wish google had a 0 star review
Food sometimes makes you sick, friend and I have thrown up after eating the sausage burritos.
Staff is rude and gives the wrong order almost every time.
This location is in a sketchy area. Atmosphere is a bit nervewracking as staff and customers argue and people in hoodies during summer lay around on the seats watching you.

I ordered through mobile app for pick up at drive-through. And I was told that it was for in store and I went in the store. It was told that I needed to go through drive-through. But they waited on me inside and then I asked for my fries to have no salt on them, which was fine. They did that but my other part of my order.

The person whom brought out my order since I did curbside was rude. He explained that I could only get 3 sweet and sour cups because I didn’t pay for the rest which is explainable because of the policy. But If he was nicer about it I wouldn’t be writing this review.

This location needs help. Absolutely no reason i should of waited 20 minutes to be told please hold in drive thru. I drove to the window and the cashier was rude , instead of taking my order to help because obviously it was an inconvenience to her she told me drive around wait again!! I had some one yelling in drive thru because they kept pushing me off!
