I go when I absolutely have to, my dad was in there the other day and got 2 sausage biscuits and the girl dropped on the floor then picked it up off the floor with her gloves on and then wrapped my biscuits back up then tried to give them back to me! Then started making other food with the same gloves on!! He asked for a refund and the manger thankfully came over there and gave him a refund and personal made the biscuits for me!

In Jackson, TN It took about 30 minutes or better to receive an order of ONLY a large fry and a large coke. Went inside, placed order, and waited for entirely too long for what was ordered. Staff was rude and appeared to intentionally avoid the customer. And pay attention when they're filling the fry box. They intentionally shake them off the scoop into the container instead of using it correctly to give an illusion of a filled box. In reality, they are not filling the box. If you order a large, you're lucky if it gets filled like it's a medium. Medium size may be filled as small and small as a kids mini that comes with a happy meal!

We stopped here traveling through and went to the restroom before ordering. While in the restroom we saw an employee come out of a stall and go back to work, not stopping to wash her hands!! Obviously we chose not to eat at this restaurant!!
