Showed up at this location on 1-4-25 & found a by no means clean restroom. Had clothes on the floor & unclean bathroom with broken sink running. Orderd a medium fry & counted 4 to 5 employees. Huddled around area where they bagbthe orders in plain view shooting the chit. Not even noticing myself waiting 1 medium fry. There was 1 employee actually doing his job that was very friendly that promptly attended to my order. After noticing the slack from the other employees. $3.00 for old Luke warm medium fry, yumm !!!

Drove to this mcdonalds before entering jackson. Just wanted a little snack. The drive through minion wasn't welcoming. Not just one window bit both. My order was correct but no thank you. No nice attitude. Just people unhappy

The service at this location is frustratingly slow. The drive-thru consistently experiences delays, with customers frequently directed to a waiting area, which only adds to the wait time. Choosing to go inside doesn’t improve the situation; despite having fewer customers, the wait for food seems just as long, if not longer. It's surprising, considering McDonald's is typically known for its efficiency. Given its location on a busy road like Jefferson, you would expect them to be well-prepared to handle customer demands, but that’s clearly not the case. Overall, very disappointing.

Ordinarily a good place to eat on the go. Friendly staff. Never takes too long. Today, however, I get all the way back to the office after committing the cardinal sin of leaving without checking my bag to find trash masquerading as French fries. What I got for 12 bucks was a good burger, good drink, and a box of old fries dipped in old grease. Absolutely inexcusable. Just tell me to wait. I'll upload the pics on Yelp for anyone interested.

I order the same thing every time I go through the drive-through. For months it's been the same price, then all of a sudden it's this price then that price then this price. It's different every single time. Which I don't understand when I order the same thing every time!! Then my drinks are getting smaller and smaller. This doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The people in the drive-through need to get it together ?
