Sorriest Employees To Sassy Management, Especially The Night Shift . Only Fast Service When It's Family/Friends To Come In . Tables Never Cleaned, Restrooms Always Disgusting!, Old Ass Grease (Can Taste In The Fries), And Burgers Are Usually Cold . I've Tried Few Times Thinking It'll Be Different But NO! Also, They Have Small Children In THE KITCHEN Following Their Mamas . All These Negative Reviews, You'd Think They'd Review Cameras . Seeing Employees Outside Smoking And Returning Without Washing Hands . Profanity Is Their Only Language ! I've Left Few Times Without Food, And Just Went To The One On Highland !

Lori and the rest of her team in the morning are always super friendly, even when they’re busy! They even know me by name there. That probably means I go there too often, but when it’s good food, made right, and friendly folks, why wouldn’t I go there.

This review is for the two ladies I had the privilege to meet this morning. All visits I've had at any McDonalds, in several states, have been bad at best. Food quality & customer service wise, so I just don't go to McDonalds. This morning was off track from the get go. I didn't have my usual home brewed coffee this morning so I stopped at MCD. The coffee just isn't as hot as it used to be. Disappointing. BUT Jennifer, the lady that took my order, was absolutely wonderful. The single most pleasant interaction I've had at any McDonalds anywhere, ever. I must say that getting to speak with her, reset my attitude and very probably saved the rest of my day. I love when God loves on me through other people. That's exactly what Jennifer's beautiful attitude and interaction did for me and I'm sure for everyone else who gets to talk with her. Don't know the manager's name but she was pretty wonderful too. Because of them, I just might try McDonalds again. This particular one anyway.

Me and my friend are here for the night from out of town we walked to get the McDonalds I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions fries and a drink probably one of the worst burgers I’ve had from you guys it was cold and the gave me a double hamburger with onions not what I ordered it was cold and old and so were the fries I get better service from McDonalds at home and the girl had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there

Placed order at drive thru was only one car on the right and one ahead of me Ordered 2 10 pieces nuggets specifically asked for extra sweet and sour sauce Medium fry, small fry , double cheeses burger McRib, no drinks even when I got to the window confirmed with the girl extra sweet and sour she’s says I put down 4, go to the pick up window ask is everything there I’m told yes, drive home get inside guess what no sweet and sour at all, granddaughter will not eat chicken nuggets without it , drive all the way back 4 cars ahead of me tell them at the drive threw she says drive up, then go to the pick up window can’t get all the way to the window pick up truck in front has a hitch , car pulls up behind me , girl goes to hand me one sweet and sour I stated I need 4, she gives them to me and I can’t move between the truck and car behind me, manager comes to the window and says is there a problem I said besides my order being wrong having to come back and now will have cold food and I can’t get out she doesn’t care about my order or my food just concerned with the line moving she comes out to move the cars along , seriously, if she is only concerned with the cars moving and not to quality of the food or orders being done right she should think of another career or retrain the staff.
