Went to 20 Chloe Place location at 10:30 right when lunch started. I had pre-ordered on the app. After receiving our food and pulling away I noticed we were missing a double cheeseburger. We pulled back thru the drive thru and explained the issue and were told to pull to the second window. When we got to the window we told the employee at the window what we were missing, as we were telling her the manager walked up and said "No it was in the bag." I said no it wasn't here is the bag. She said we just started lunch and there is no way we got that wrong. She jerked the receipt out of my husband's hand and continued running her mouth. I then said I did not appreciate being called a liar. I then heard the same manager yell out to the kitchen to fix a double cheeseburger on the fly before we cried about it. I mean really?!?!? How disrespectful. I paid for the food and expected to receive it without that kind of disrespectful behavior especially from a manager.

This place is a complete waste of your time sitting in the drive-through for 25 minutes waiting on my order If you’re on a time schedule, I would not advise stopping here. Got my food and it’s cold. Worst thing you can give me is cold ass. french fries. After waiting for 25 minutes and you give me a cold ass food.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, worst customer service didn’t give us our fries missing chicken nuggets toilet paper wasn’t in the toilet paper holder in the bathroom and on top of that there was an employee on the phone in the stalls cussing on the phone. I would avoid this McDonald’s go to different one.

When you order for table delivery it's supposed to be delivered to the table and not call my table number to pickup. And they pay no attention to the coffee details.
My chicken nuggets were so old and hard I could have used them for door stops. The fries were just as nasty but the sweet tea was ok.

The workers were very slow. There were 6 people in line for breakfast and it took them at least 30 minutes to get to us! Try not to stop here again. Only one worker seemed to be working! Tables were dirty too
