For this, McDonald's to be in one of the busiest parts of Jackson, they have some of the worst crew members there. For the last month or so, they have gone downhill fast! Just about every time we ordered something is missing or wrong. Then, I waited an hour for food because no one was up front. They were outside, the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, and cursing all the customers for just ordering. The last time I went in because we stopped using them in doordash because of so many mistakes. The trash was overflowing, flies everywhere, and crew very, very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible McDonald’s every time I go it’s wrong it’s like they don’t care at ALL I get it because I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life an I don’t know everything but I know what’s supposed to be on a plain burger meat and cheese I asked for a plain burger they just gave me what they wanted
This is a Big Mac believe it or not. This is ridiculous is what it is. Looks like instead of a bun they used a slice of bread from the grocery store not to mention they put a gallon of sauce on it. The cashiers at the windows were so rude and short with zero customer service skills. This is completely unacceptable and sad to be honest.

Sat in drive through while they took 4 orders in the other lane while I sat there and was never waited on. Pulled up to window and employee was rude and said she was busy and the only one taking drive through orders. Never apologized or offered to take my order. Just walked off. Very rude and I won’t be back. Went to Arby’s down the road and treated very nicely with polite professional service at their drive through.

Stopped in to grab some lunch while door dashing and EVERY table had nasty shit all over them. I asked a girl if they could get someone to wipe tables off.. looked at me like I was asking her to commit a felony. My boyfriend then asked her, she came and wiped ONE table off.
Had this been during "covid" (even though that shit was as fake as Santa Clause) the tables would have been spotless and smell clean
