Just don’t go here. The customer service is horrible, they’re rude if you even speak to them at the window and half the time they’re too lazy to literally just put the damn fries in the bag. This is the most pathetic location in town so unless you just happen to already be right here, just dont waste your time and money, because they likely won’t be giving it back

For this, McDonald's to be in one of the busiest parts of Jackson, they have some of the worst crew members there. For the last month or so, they have gone downhill fast! Just about every time we ordered something is missing or wrong. Then, I waited an hour for food because no one was up front. They were outside, the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, and cursing all the customers for just ordering. The last time I went in because we stopped using them in doordash because of so many mistakes. The trash was overflowing, flies everywhere, and crew very, very unprofessional.

This is a Big Mac believe it or not. This is ridiculous is what it is. Looks like instead of a bun they used a slice of bread from the grocery store not to mention they put a gallon of sauce on it. The cashiers at the windows were so rude and short with zero customer service skills. This is completely unacceptable and sad to be honest.

Sat in drive through while they took 4 orders in the other lane while I sat there and was never waited on. Pulled up to window and employee was rude and said she was busy and the only one taking drive through orders. Never apologized or offered to take my order. Just walked off. Very rude and I won’t be back. Went to Arby’s down the road and treated very nicely with polite professional service at their drive through.
