The inside, lobby was gross. The food they got our order wrong. They charged me for the specialty drinks (blue lemonade slush ) or something other, but then they said they didn't have anymore. But then claimed it was the same price as getting a normal drink/soda with the meals. Which it wasn't, and I got no extra cost refunded. The staff was rude, we waited 15+20 minutes inside for our order which was incorrect, while watching other customers leave with food who ordered after us. And on top of all of that, the staff was cursing, saying foul things while cutting up joking behind the counter as if my young children were not even present in the building sitting just 20ft away. I highly recommend going elsewhere to eat with your kids. I wish I had.

So I go to this McDonald's often on my way to group study at church, for a vanilla latte and this happens every time!! Last night, I pulled up to drive thru, 1 car ahead of me. No one in other lane. The car ahead of me was there for literally 10 minutes! Then I pull up and it took them 5 mins to take my order of 1 lrg latte. Remind you 1 car ahead of me and they're order was $11.27 so they didn't order much! I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting to pay. I finally just left. After 25 minutes to only get my order in when it was not even busy, is uncalled for! This extreme wait line in drive thru happens to me every single time!! I can see it if they were busy, but there was only one car in line. I ended up going to a coffee joint and got a vanilla latte in less then 3 minutes!! I left home a half hour early expecting the wait, and was still late, but this was uncalled for AND avoidable. Manager there needs to be replaced or go back to training!! No one that works there gives a darn about their customers, they are always rude. Even though It's frustrating, I never treat them unkind, because I always think as if they are having a bad day or somethings broke down. I'm only reviewing this now because it happens All the time and the rudeness is uncalled for! In my opinion, it's worth the drive to go to a alternate location.
