It's been a few years since we went to Moe's in town, tried it again today. Wait staff very friendly and good food. But again after being away for so long nothing has changed with the dining room - every table was dirty and the floor had dirty napkins, spilled drinks and tortilla chips. Gross! Someone should be assigned to keeping the tables and floor clean at ALL times. Negative 20 stars for dinning room cleanliness.

The food was fresh and tasted good. The staff were courteous and friendly. The restaurant looks recently remodeled. My biggest problem was the price. When it's all said and done I could have gone to a full service Mexican restaurant for the same price.

Just do the order right. Half filled side of queso for $2.99. Four entrees but two bags with a light layer of old and burnt looking chips in the bottom. I was the stupid one for not checking my online order before leaving but it really, REALLY seems like we could just do it right.

Never been here before, I reviewed the food on display and also the menu.. not a lot to choose from. I did an about face and went to Don Poncho ? Mexican ?? Moe is like a taco bell.. perhaps in the future and I am feeling adventurous I will give them a try. Tacos for life is a much better choice than Moe's if you are looking for Tex/Mex also vegetables look fresher.

It's favorite place to eat in Jackson. The bowls are fantastic and very filling. Service is always great. Never had a bad experience, food, or service. Definitely a fan!

This Moes has totally redeemed itself and returned itself back to its former glory! Thank you to the staff and management for fixing all the issues I have left reviews about in the past months. We were so pleased with the friendly staff, quick service, and restaurant make-over!! With the kids-eat-free Sunday deal, we will make this a weekly tradition! Keep up the good work and we look forward to dining with you again!!!

5/17/24 10:45AM My 1st time visiting Moe's Southwest Grill and I really enjoyed my visit. The young lady working the counter at lunch was very polite and personable. Food was made fresh and quickly. The place was very clean and organized. I had The Stack which is like a crunch wrap and it was really good. The steak had good flavor and it was a very large portion. I'll definitely come back again try some of the other options. Also they have multiple salsa options and chips and salsa are free. If you are deciding between here and Chipotle come here.
Parking: Kinda small I would want to deal with pulling a trailer in here

Yes kids eat free on Sunday and Tuesday I think other days as well but I love moes bowl I get that I be like heaven thank you for having this restaurant in Jackson tn I go take my grandkids and myself out to eat I love it a great place go with family and friends and atmosphere is great and peaceful dine in area good screner as well I love moes food
