I love Mrs Sullivan. All products but wish they would go back to the original receipt for the pecan pies. They were the best.

This businesses appears to be closed. Very sad, I loved Mrs. Sullivan's pecan pies. They were a big part of my childhood. I remember me & my grandfather going there and buying a bag of "culls" for a quarter.

Ordered pies from them and extremely disappointed. They have not shipped in over a week. They will not respond to emails and their phone goes straight to voicemail with no room for messages. Now I have had to file a case with Paypal. How very unprofessional they are. I would not recommend them for any online orders !!!

business will not contact me or paypal, i paid for an order over a month and a half ago. Status on my order via their website says unfulfilled. Had to contact paypal to make a claim against them and no one responded to them so they refunded my money and closed the claim. The website is still set up and running to take your money. SCAM!

We attended a Christian concert in Hillsdale, Mi. The quartet singing always bring a ton of pies from Mrs. Sullivan's to sell after the concert. I had only bought two but my neighbor bought four. To my disappointment they were not as good as in the past. So I contacted the company. I don't remember the man's name I spoke with, but he said that he was sorry they were not good because he stands behind his pies and that he would send me overnite a batch of pies. I told him I only needed six but he sent 15 pies!! My husband & I shared a cherry pie which was good. Then I ate a bavarian cream, which I shouldn't have, & it was good also! This company did right by me! I couldn't believe it. I will share with my friends & family. Brenda
