I had never been there ...Will never go back...food was horrible and we got sick from what we ordered... My food wasn't even made correctly.

Do not eat here. Terrible service! Rude service! When manager was talked to she was dismissive and said she just didn't understand.

Such an awesome amazing place to eat. We had a wonderful meal. She had the chicken flourentine and I had blackened red snapper. Everything was excellent. I can honestly say that in all the years that I've eaten at the Old Town Spaghetti Store the food has been consistently delicious. 100%

The lasagna was delicious and so was the loaded baked ziti. The linguine Alfredo was bland and not very good. The service was adequate.

Server Mary M was fantastic, she made sure I was taken care of and answered any questions I had about the food or drinks with me being a first time customer. I’ll be asking for her again when returning and the food tasted as amazing as it looked.

Will eat here again when passing through Jackson. Waitress was super friendly and on it! I don’t see such attentive service much these days. Food came out quick and was hot. Lots of options available.
