Our favorite local place in ny hometown.
Great place to eat if you like Italian food.
Phenomenal food!!! Staff is super friendly. Best strawberry shortcake Ive had!!
First time there. The spaghetti w/ meat sauce was the worst i have ever had. Utterly amazed they have been around so long. Will not be back.
This was a good place to eat and the waitress was absolutely awesome
Food was awesome! Too many people and screaming kids though. Didn't enjoy the atmosphere. For the price we paid they could have sat couples away from the kids.
Currently in this restaurant. Chose it for my Mother’s Day dinner. Never coming back. It took at least an hour and a half for our meal. I get we had a starter. But offering bread more after we already were given it twice. To compensate for the long wait. While people after us got theirs. To top it off the food was cold. We sent the food back and my husband checked his food to see if it was also cold with a finger and when the manager came back with what she said was a replacement my husbands finger poke was still there. When my husband said to the manager you microwaved this she argued and told him it was fresh.
Never have I been so disgusted with a restaurant manager and service. Rude manager. As a prior waitress I can say that the food had been sitting. Do not recommend eating here. And the manager needs to go.
I’ve been going to Old Town all my life, and they make EVERYTHING taste absolutely amazing. I have never once been let down, and I believe that everyone should go at the very least five times a year.
Don’t order meat sauce; it is basically marinara sauce. Very disappointed. I bet there wasn’t a tablespoon of meat and it was $17.00 with tip. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
We had speghetti, chicken piccata, artichoke spinach dip, ice cream spunoni, and creme brulee. Everything was delicious. The music was rather loud, but our server graciously moved us away from the speakers. Very quaint atmosphere! We really enjoyed our lunch.

Great meatloaf
This place never disappoints. Great food, friendly service, a Jackson classic!
Our server was darling. The food was our super quick. My husband was disappointed in the lasagna. It was pretty much ricotta cheese rather than other cheeses added in their too. The cheesecake was excellent.
Amazing food, atmosphere and service. The chicken Parmesan is delicious, as was the toasted ravioli, mozz sticks, bread, salad and Alfredo. Great atmosphere. They need to get a drink menu, but all in all it's tough to beat as far as Italian food in Jackson TN
12 iz Prime rib/ 5.25 oz pure fat & couldn't eat. I took fat home so I could accurately weigh it. I showed it to the server, her response was OK!!!
My wife and I spent $91.00 before tip.
Tip wasn't as much as we normally tip due to food quality and poor service.
Oh yea, our salad had been in the freezer, and the cucumbers were still frozen.
