Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden, and I want to personally recognize Marie, the manager, and Celina, our server, for making our visit truly exceptional.

Celina was absolutely fantastic — warm, attentive, and extremely professional. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down, checked on us at just the right times, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and elevated our dining experience.

Marie, the manager, was equally impressive. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine care for both guests and staff. It’s clear that she sets a high standard and creates a positive environment, which reflects directly in the quality of service we received. Managers like Marie make a real difference.

This visit reminded us why Olive Garden is known for great hospitality. Huge thanks to Marie and Celina for going above and beyond — we will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location.

This was a good day. We were all tired from travelling. The food was good.We had plenty of leftovers for the next day. The service was really good on this day.Our server was just starting, and she did an excellent job.

Olive Garden is simply one of those places that hits the spot, every single time. Their soup ( Especially the Chicken Gnocchi ) is amazing. All their appetizers hit the spot too. Servers never let me run out of breadsticks nor drinks the entire time I was there.

Usually when I come to OG I order Chicken scampi.. today the chicken was burnt and less noodles was on the plate told my waiter the problem and was told it'll be remade well I waited over 45 mins for my food and still ended up getting it to go bc it took so long... never again Olive Garden thanks but no thanks I won't be back no time soon.. This was an awful experience

My servers she is very bad I don’t know she never give as bread 🥖 and she give us dirty plates over all all plat r cold as hell server and service as very bad I can’t recommend this place

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. It may be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant overall. My family waited all week to get to go to Olive Garden for the endless pasta. Little did I know, the endless pasta ended before it ever began. I never got a salad plate even after asking 3 different waiters (until well after our food was out). We ordered dipping sauce for our bread. It never came out. The waiter said he was taking it off, but it was never removed. I didn’t say anything because at the point we were ready to leave I was just ready to get out of there.

My wife was happy with her pasta. My pasta noodles were just overcooked and completely matted together. We were never asked if we wanted a refill for our endless pasta. We were never asked for refills for our drinks, bread, or salad either. I saw the waiter maybe 2 more times after the food was brought out.

I’m definitely upset with this experience. I’m just going to do what I should’ve done from the start and just go to the Florence location.

My wife and I had a delightful experience. While the server was friendly and sociable, I would have liked for him to check in on us a little more often. I went a long while with an empty glass of tea and we sat a long time waiting to get his attention to request a to-go box and a long time still waiting for him to bring them to us.

Our area is ok, we ate at one in Destin Fl area. I don't know why, buy, it was much better with the food taste.

Food is good but they will not make a reservation for you even though it says they make reservations online! What is the point of that if they won't make reservations?

This time I tried something different baked ziti oh my gosh delicious. The lunch shrimp scampi is delicious and large portion. The salad always good. Sweet tea the best. We didn't wait the hostess very nice asked preferred seating. It was really nice lunch.

We love Olive Garden. Endless bread sticks are great. Wonderful fresh made salads. Chicken Parm is delicious. Chicken Scampi is great! Friendly and welcoming staff. Great service !
