Arrived at 5pm , walked in to the “host” whom was leaning on his podium about half asleep . He mumbles “how many” we say 2 . We get seated and start looking at the menu. 10 minutes go by haven’t seen a waiter. I look around at 4 waiters up against the wall just talking . Some of them look at us but ignore . We had 2 weight staff around us at other tables . Never acknowledged us. After about 20 minutes we just left .

Our server, Jason Crisco, was absolutely top-notch. We had a young child with food allergies, and he and the team went above and beyond to ensure safety measures were in place and followed. In addition, the food was absolutely delicious. The coconut shrimp hit the spot, and the whole experience was fantastic. Do not miss out on this location; and if you have the chance to allow Jason to make your day, DO IT.

I was terrible unhappy when I left..potato was cold,had them to warn it up.steak was tough had very little flavor, blooming onion was greasy bread was good n tea was good..N it was priced was good but food wasnt to my satisfaction at all..VERY DISAPPOINTED..Waitress ask how was everything I said steak tough potato was cold she never said a word but let me take theses dishes away..I SAID BY ALL MEANS..she never apologized r anything..Very disappointed always my favorite place to eat but

Outback is great place to eat but it should be updated inside and out for as much revenue that they bring in. Just an opinion.

The Shrooms were excellent, and the brown bread with butter was ,too. The ribs with baked chicken was tender and delicious. Our server,Demp, was excellent and professional!

Today was my husbands birthday, and I wanted to pick up a steak dinner for him. I called in my order at 3:45 and asked if it could be ready at 4:45 for me to pick up. They assured me it would be ready when I got there. I arrived at 4:40 & called to tell them I had arrived, I was told they would be right out. There was one other car there besides mine. By 5:00 no one had come out. Someone finally brought the other cars food out and took my card to pay for my food, By this time there were several other cars there. At 5:10 still didn't have food or card back. Around 5:20 someone brought my card back out. I received my food around 5:30, after calling again asking when I would get my food. The girl brought it to me and took off. I looked in the bag to see if I had everything. I thought I did , except the loaded baked potato did not have any toppings. I tried to flag the girl down who brought out my food but she paid me no attention. I left because I was already late picking up my son. When I got home I realized my son did not get his fries with his sirloin kids meal, and his steak was tiny too! We've eaten in at outback several times and it has never been that small. Also, there was no butter with the bread, which whatever I have butter, but after all that wait you would think they would have it all together. After a 50 min wait for food, getting a plain potato when asked for loaded, a tiny kids steak with no fries/side item, and no butter, I don't think I will ever order take out from Jackson Outback again. Ridiculous.
