they were out of everything and keep telling us it will be a few minutes. i got tired of waiting and walked out. i will not be returning to panda express again anywhere. food is over priced, and you feel rushed ordering

I ordered before I left work. Got there to get my order and had to wait over an hour. There were several of us standing there waiting on our orders while they ignored us and took care of the people in line. It was nothing but chaos. Finally, someone stopped the manager and he rudely stated that were waiting on more teriyaki chicken and they would get to us and walked off. However, when the chicken got done, they put it on the buffet and still didn't fix our orders. I was about to tell them to cancel mine when they finally fixed mine and handed it to me with nothing but a rude "sorry bout that." Got home and the food was nasty. The rice was gummy, the noodles were dry the chicken (that we waited an hour for) was just nasty, and everything was cold. No discount, nothing to make up for the wait and the rude attitudes. I went because I'd heard it was good, but this was the first and LAST time I'll ever go.

Today was still good but one of the worst days ever, service wise. The buffet was low and it took forever to get the cashier to allow me to pay for my meal. It literally sat across the counter, unpaid for, for more than a few minutes. Plus the Chow Mein was almost all cabbage. I've been getting take-out here frequently and the order is always correct and the food is always good. My personal favorites are the Beijing Beef and Sesame Chicken. There is one particular server that consistently has provided excellent service with not only my personal take-outs but gig work as well and deserves a raise in my opinion. I highly recommend using the app for ordering ahead after today's experience with the dine-in.

I ordered online. The order told me it was ready 15 mins before I got there. The girl was very rude when telling me it was in order. I watch everyone pick up there order come in and order and I was still waiting. No one said anything about my order which I am still sitting here. And it's been another 10 min now since I been here.

not happy at all. I received a text saying my order was ready. I left work and got to the restaurant 5 min after. The place was disorganized chaos. I spoke to the girl at the front and told her I was picking up. She asked for my name and looked at an order, she said that's not yours. She ignored me and started waiting on other people. 2 managers were also walking past. I asked if the could help me, as it told me my food was ready or I wouldn't be here. They looked at a bunch of labels and went back to the line. Another lady was just getting to work and I asked her to help. She actually went down the line to see where my food was.. it hadn't been made yet! long story short, I got my food 20 min after I arrived.By the time I got to work I had 10 min to eat! Terrible service!

Went in tonight they had NO food out no rice no shrimp. They told me it’ll be a minute then a minute turned into 10 I just left

For handicap accessiblity, they only have one door open. Not accessible at all. Trash over flowing,windows filthy, tables dirty.
They were out of soy sauce and napkins. Food not cooked properly very bland. If they had a manager we couldn't find one. Very poor experience. They advertised they need managers but you can't apply online. Find better managers.

Waiting 40 minutes past the estimated time food would be ready for my online order. Was told they were waiting on teriyaki chicken and shrimp. Yet I saw them serve all of it to people in line. Never got an apology, free food, free drink....nothing but here's your cold food you waited almost an hour for. Ridiculous, don't order online, much faster to go through the line where they give all the food to.
