Servers not using gloves, dropped a lid on the floor, picked it up off the floor, and still used it on the customer's bowl.The 1st bite I took, I thought it was a piece of chicken and it was a chunk of super dry fried rice stuck together.The floor was very dirty but they were constantly busy during my short time there.

I love Panda, but this location is trash. ? ?️ I have given them several chances and they failed every time. I fell in love with the Collierville location, but I’ve given up on Jackson. It sucks that it’s the only Panda in the area. Huge disappointment is an understatement.

Entirely too little food for a meal over 10$ (no drink). The to go boxes are purposely too small, not the employee's fault. Order 30 minutes ahead and they still make it when you get there, what's the point. Food was good but not better than a buffet, and the same price for way less food. Won't be going back. This picture was after about 3 bites of the main meat, which was really more like a small side.

The line was literally at the door and the employees took their time, no sense of duty. One cook took his break in the middle of the rush, not only that, he fixed himself the biggest plate, and took what few items left on the bar causing more delay. The only reason I was gracious with 2 stars is because of the sweet little black lady at the front starting orders was apologizing for the delay in service.

The service is always great, but I or someone I've gone with the last two times have gotten sick. The chicken last time tasted really bad. After the 3rd bite, I stopped eating mine. I did go to the doctor after feeling sick the next day. I indeed had food poisoning. They're always kind, but I'm a little afraid to go back. If I do go back, I'll just stick to the Chow Mein.

Great place. They do ask door dashers to fix drinks. Which is weird. I refused.
Service was unpleasant today. It is a cold day with wind gusts exceeding 20mph and we are keeping the door propped open with chairs why? Because apparently the kitchen hoods aren't working. That's a maintenance issue and furthermore, guests shouldn't be able to see their own breath inside while dining. And not for nothing, if you can't handle the heat maybe the kitchen environment isn't for the staff working today. Also waited long for our order because they were unable to keep the counter stocked. It wasn't even that busy. No long line or anything. Just poor service all together. Hopefully future experience is nicer...

The girl w/ face tattoos was the only one doing her job and doing her best. The teenage boy cooking needs to find another job. He's the epitome of the working youth today. Place was dirty. The poor girl can't do all of this herself!

Don’t. Just don’t. This Panda is a pig sty. Trash and food all over the floor. Had to wipe down my own table just to make it somewhat clean enough to sit at. Some items on the menu board don’t even have a slot on the serving counter. Dirty and poorly run.
