While clean Panera is over priced. A sw chicken salad a turkey and cheder and drink. $28. The food quality was the same I got from a Circle K sandwich. Would have enjoyed subway more.
Pretty decent Cheesesteak, Good enough to make me want to come back for more menu options. The Ciabatta paired with the bite of sweet peppers and melty provolone made the meal. Excellent menu selection and fast service. Loved the spacious, softly lit dining area and high speed WiFi. Did not, however, appreciate the fact I had to look around to find a trash can empty enough to dispose of my refuse after the meal.

Ordered on line twice. The first time we did not receive 4 of the soups. Panera did deliver the soups and included cookies for the delay. However, staff had already taken their lunch break and did not get to eat. Decided to try again today. Food was never picked up and when we contacted Panera they were going to send out food that had been sitting for over an hour. Finally over two hours after ordering we received our order. Will not use delivery again.

We have ordered twice now. The 1st time we were missing several items which they later delivered plus added some scones. Ordered again...said order was canceled by door dash so nothing this time. It's difficult to work 12 hours shifts with no food that was paid for! Do better Panera Bread !!

Just rude. The counter person was Jewell, I wasn't asked to sign in , or given a receipt so I can get my points . She was surly throughout the entire transaction. No ½&½ for coffee, when I asked Jewell to fill the carafe she set it on the counter and turned to the person behind me to take their order. While the customer was still deciding, I asked if she could fill up the carafe and you'd have thought I was totally inappropriate the way she stomped around. The manager was at the counter the entire time and never said a word to her.
