When I got to the store at 10:30, 11/25/2025, there was a large order of at least 10 pizzas in front of mine. I thought for sure they wouldn’t have my order ready at the time promised especially since there was only one guy working, was I ever wrong. The man working by himself was a freaking pizza making machine. The quality was amazing and all 5 of my pizzas were cooked as requested and the guy, again by himself, was respectful and polite and made sure I had all the accoutrements.

Don’t buy pizza from this restaurant ordered off an Uber for their buy one get one. This has happened twice. The first time I shrugged it off they falsely advertise. The food is old and cold. My driver was faster than them giving it to them

Honestly girl at the front was rude asf didn’t tell anyone the order had to be remade after we had been waiting 25+ minutes. They gave our order to someone else and didn’t even let us know.

Talked to the manager on the phone and she was one of, if not the rudest, people I've ever spoken to. Sounded completely disinterested on the phone call, took forever to reply to each of my questions, and had the lamest attitude over me asking basic questions. She assumed I knew everything about the food industry and had a snarky tone when speaking to me even when I apologized. Avoid this place specifically to give it less business and go to a different Papa Johns.

This was supposed to be a half and half pizza as you can see it’s not HALF anything. Nothing. This pizza is 50/50. Me and my daughter both have called over 10 times and can not even reach a person in the local store it keeps saying the # you have reached is unavailable. Well the money on my card wasn’t unavailable so why are you??? You got us over here Madder than Hell and hangry as hell. So needless to say me and my daughter are going to bed mad and hangry tonight bc we don’t eat stuff we don’t like want or order

I did a order online for delivery but after placing my order online I called the store to give further details for my wings to b cooked extra & let me just say my order was sooooo on point I had to call the store to get the lady name which was SHELBY!!! SHELBY & HER TEAM had my food PERFECTTTTT wings was so fye make you wanna slap yo moma🤣jk but I called the store thanking them cause I was soooo hype my chocolate chip cookies pie watever u call it was hot...so 😊 thanks..I'm a regular but this time I was eating & dancing st the same time 😋
