The restaurant was clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. The only issue I had was waiting additional 25 minutes than quoted on app. I actually understand considering it is Friday night. I can say that the food came out perfect and hot which is all anybody can ask for. I wanted to give a good review for execution on good hot food. Thank you to this team tonight.

Done with Papa John's. I ordered online, waited about 10 minutes then drove to pickup (another 20 minutes). Was told by an employee that it'd be another 20-30 minutes as they were busy. So I waited in the parking lot and went in 30 minutes later. Still not done but did get it about 5 minutes or waiting. Got home and NO TOPPINGS on the pizza. It was limp like it was way undercooked. I ate one bite and threw the rest away. I sent a message to customer service and never got a response. So if they reply to this saying to contact them- I already have with no results. Im done with this sham of a pizza place.

Update: almost 2 hrs later and the pizza and breadsticks arrived with zero dipping sauce for the breadsticks and I paid for 4 extra dipping sauces that didn't get delivered plus I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and it had less than normal amount of sauce. Service is terrible!!!!! I have asked for the district manager to contact me but when I did the store hung up on me. I was suppose to have a pizza delivered and as of right now it is still not delivered and now my order is not even showing up on the app. I have asked for a refund but have not received that either. So I guess I'm out 45.00 (including tip) that I paid for on the app. Sounds like they need to clean house with management.

KK the manager you are Awesome!!My pizza was dropped off by Doordarshan and left on my front porch,bugs where in it yuck.I called and explain to her my son was sick and I needed to feed him and give him his medicine and now the pizza is ruined.She had me another pizza in 35 mins.and they run the doorbell.KK understood my needs and she handled that...Can't thank her enough!!!Pappa John's you got a hardworking manager right there....I will be back because of her.KK take a bow!Job well done!
I ordered delivery and paid with cash. my order was $29 I had $40 the lady gets here and proceeded to say she doesn’t have any change. So I had to give her the whole $40. What if I needed the rest of that money to pay my bills. That’s very inconsiderate to just think someone owes you a tip. I then open my desert box and I nearly have enough icing for my Oreo bites. I always get these it’s always filled to the top this is unacceptable.

I was very disappointed with my pizza. It was lacking quality. Very little cheese ,and toppings. Seems to have more visible dough,instead. The wings were too soft and lacking seasoning.(garlic parmesean) The garlic sauce was cold, and not warm inside the box with the pizza. Papa Johns used to be my favorite pizzeria. I can honestly say, I would've been better going to Little Ceasars.
