“My club sandwich was good. I asked for provolone instead of Swiss (got it), sourdough instead of wheat (got it), and I asked to add roast beef (didn’t get it even though the cash register dude said ok when I ordered it - but on the plus side, they didn’t charge me for it like I expected). Other than that, a good experience. I’ll most likely be back at some point.“

“What a unique place. The inside is gorgeous and the variety of different moonshines made by them are huge. I samples eight different types before deciding on my purchase. Everyone was very good. They also have some mixed drinks and craft beer available. Met the owner and had a nice conversation with him. Everybody was very friendly and the Distillery is dog friendly. They even had a treat for my Lab as I sampled the shine.
Would highly recommend this as a stop while in Jackson Tn.“

“Can you please add gravy or no gravy to the chicken and dressing on your menu? I don't like gravy on mine. Also please add more cranberry sauce to the chicken and dressing. The amt. is so scant. Also we need to have a choice of pie when we order. You send whatever you have the most of it seems. And I've ordered tea and haven't got recently. I order fairly frequently from dumplins. I use delivery. The food is good. And the portion sizes are enough for 2 meals for me. Thank you.“

“Came in today for my friends Birthday dinner with a party of 8. Our waitress was a female named Danya I think , this is our 2nd time having her. She was very rude the first time & second time today as well! She took her time coming to take our orders or to see what we wanted to drink. Never ever had a problem with an wait staff at Don Panchos all were very courteous & nice. She won’t stop us from continuing to go because we love the food & drinks but I don’t ever want her to wait on me!!“

“Wife and I went her for our 35th wedding anniversary. All the food and the service were great. I had the bone-in ribeye that was cooked a perfect medium and she had tomahawk chops. Place is a little dimly lit but it was nice for a romantic getaway.“

“My daughters often ask me to bring home a pizza for dinner. The Bestest Most pepperoni pizza is usually ready and convenient. The quality is generally good and the girls love eating it. I personally cannot tell that there are any more toppings on it than a regular pepperoni but hopefully that is just me and not the restaurant skipping on product.“

“We arrived late in day, we had looked at menus online and thought we hadn’t been to Longhorn in quite some time. We were seated in bar area and bartender greeted us. I explained I have a soy allergy and he was extremely knowledgeable about what did and didn’t have soy and he stated they usually spay their steaks with soy spay. I asked they not spray mine and ordered the 8 oz sirloin med rare a loaded baked potato and asparagus…it was cooked to perfection but both mine and Husbands was a little salty. We enjoyed our dinner and if back in Jackson May dine there again.“

“The food was fresh and tasted good. The staff were courteous and friendly. The restaurant looks recently remodeled. My biggest problem was the price. When it's all said and done I could have gone to a full service Mexican restaurant for the same price.“

“So, I wanted to try this new queso wrap from Sonic Drive-in.
I didn't want to play with my hunger pains, so I asked for two wraps to be on a large wrap with extra chicken meat.

The taste was a good combination, but it needed a kick because the queso was a mild tasting cheese. I asked for some of the burrito sauce. That burrito sauce goes great with a lot of anything!!!
I liked how the texture of the american cheese, fried chicken strip, and real bacon bits made the queso not runny. The wrap is salty, so the next time I get it, Imma asks to substitute the american cheese with more queso cheese.
The service was standard and appeasing because they made my order the way I wanted. The server Megan was in the cold wind delivering that food!

“It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“
