I bought a edge pizza and wings. The toppings didn't come to the edge of the pizza. The pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and mushrooms. They put some kind of seasoning on top of the pizza and it made the pizza horrible. Also they didn't put enough sauce on the pizza. When I called back they wouldn't give me credit unless I brought the pizza back. Don't buy a pizza from Pizza Hut on Chester Street Jackson, TN. Worst pizza I have ever had.

I placed an order online and never received it or a phone call letting me know that they cancelled it because they didn't have a driver. I check my online account and my phone number is the correct number. They supposedly called my old number some how and left that person a message. So now this is after 10 pm and nothing else delivers after 10. Thanks for the very poor customer service. Won't be getting my business after this. And I'm out $45.18!!! 2 days later I contact the restaurant again and get told I can't talk to the manager because they are busy. So I called the corporate office. Now it's going to be another 3 days before I know if I'm going to get my money back or not. What a joke!!! Now I see why pizza hut is going down hill.
