Ordered online, waited 20 minutes. Went in, pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. I counted 5 people on their cell phone. Will not go back Was told to contact the owner directly, with no info to do so

WONDERFUL experience!!! We ordered lunch from Pizza Hut in Jackson, TN when we were short staffed in the office, and the delivery was so fast and the food was delicious. They also have great daily deals!! Very pleased and will be doing that again!

Absolutely atrocious service.
Ordered 2 pizzas, and only had one delivered. When I called the store they refused to offer a refund and instead said they'd assign credit to my phone number. I was in a bit of a rush at the time and made the mistake of agreeing to it, but it's not like I was given any other options.
Today, 1 week later, I call in to try and use my refund, only to be rerouted to a call center who can't confirm any random deals the store has made, so I call them back only to be told by the guy at the store that they won't serve me because I'm out of their range. Said range is 3 miles. At which point he hung up on me.
Save your money and your time, there are plenty of other options in town.
