Every time I go in to pick up an order the same man is working. He's always very polite and I never have to wait long for my order. The store is small but it's always clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

I get delivery from this Pizza Hut each time. Each time it is hot, fresh, the drinks are cold, and the delivery time is very, very good. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut on Carriage House Drive in Jackson, TN.

Rudest people I have ever tried to order food from, all I had was a question and was going to place order. She would not answer questions and got hostile. Not today or ever
Ordered cinnamon sticks like I had been for the last few weeks and when I received my cinnamon sticks the box looked like it had been taken out of the trash, the sticks were hard and cold like they had been sitting out all day, and was not cut, and lastly there was a small taste and smell of dishwater. Never ordering again and will be requesting a refund!

Great experience walked inside on the ordered a personal size pizza with two toppings comes with one topping (you will pay extra for extra toppings) as well as 20oz drink (lunch combo).... Food came out great and it only took 7mins for them to make it.

Bad service online and on the door it say 10 but dude got a attitude talking about 11 then it’s a girl with white blonde hair her and the other worker was outside smoking weed in a silver car I don’t understand why they hire people like this to make food then my pizza had a weed wrapper in it

We called multiple times to address the situation and they just kept saying they didn’t see an order for us. They kept “forwarding the call to the supervisor to help” and the call would just go silent. Out of $20 and no food. SCAM.

The pizza hut at 605 carriage house drive in Jackson tn took my order, took my money, never brung my order. They scammed me out of my money. When i called the number back the person I talked to said they didn't see my order. So when they said they was taking my order, they apparently lied about it. I will never use this pizza hut ever again and ud advise others nit to use it either
