The cashier rubbing her nose and scratching her hair and then had to pass me my food

Good help is hard to found. I think I start bring my lunch or go to Chick-fil-A.

Worker had nasty attitude and just threw my food in the bag.
Chicken wasn't hot.
This is the worst Popeyes in Jackson please avoid

This use to be my go to location whenever I wanted some GREAT tasting POPEYES Chicken, I would bypass other eateries just to stop here buttttttttt the Size of wings compared to the price of the meal needs to be corrected* Getting charged for a large sz meal but receiving winglets sz wings, money better spent at a different restaurant next time. I should have just gotten my money back instead.

please check your receipt before u leave drive thru I had to make another trip up to this store where I was laughed at by two workers plus they refuse me their name since they wasn’t wearing uniform or tag about being overcharged and the chicken wasn’t even hot the store isn’t cleaned either

But I will not go back to this location south royal location is the best

Plus I have DoorDash here and the orders take for ever

I got old stale chicken this Popeyes needs to be shut down or needs help bad!

I never experienced what I I experience last night I had like a forty minute wait and when I got my food that chicken was raw as hell...

Here is a pic of my shrimp meal- I only had 5 good pcs of popcorn shrimp, the rest was filled with these shrimpless grissles of batter crunch with no shrimp in them, like the trash scraps from the bottom of a freezer bag and an employee was just too lazy to go open a fresh bag to drop in deep fryer - its a $12 meal ffs! Seriously?wtf
ALSO- the building was so dirty It looked like there was a flood that was never cleaned up from- grime & black mold covers every inch of the dining room walls 2 ft up from the floor- the artwork even has mold & food grime on them- it was super super dirty inside- I've never seen a dirtier fast food dining area in my life- I'm not sure how the health department hasnt shut them down for all the black mold everywhere!

For the last few months, this location on North Highland has been the best Popeyes in the city. They got the best workers. They are always friendly and very patient. I love the ladies at the drive-through and sometimes I occasionally go in to see how they are and they are so awesome. I really love this place. The managers are also awesome. Best location in the city.

Absolutely not! Never again. This is, by far, the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. I never even ordered. Upon entering we did get a "Hey" from what looked to be manager, or at least shift manager, but that was it she went back to cleaning and never offered to take mine or my boyfriend's order. There were also 4-5 people in the back that looked up and saw us however never said a word. The girl packing orders for drive thru saw us as well but never said "hey, they might be ready to order" or anything.

This place was also not very busy at this time, from the looks of it. I looked at my boyfriend and just walked out the door. I didn't find out until later that we weren't the only ones that had issues with this particular location.

When it was a food you were craving it's very disheartening. I will never go back and make sure everyone I know doesn't go here either so they don't get the same treatment I, as well as many others, did.

The restaurant is FILTHY. They have plenty of employees. The chicken tenders were room temperature. The door seals are cracked. You can see a half inch of daylight through them. The employees seemed uninterested. They weren't friendly and almost acted as if they were annoyed that we showed up. They weren't busy either.

Horrible service! Second time being here and ordering apple pies..1st time gave me apple cheese cake, 2nd time tried to charge me 16$ for 4 apple pies. Again was going to give me apple cheese cake. Will not be back
