This location was not as nice as other locations that ive been too, it looked kinda run down inside, also they did not have everything i ordered

They had no food.
It was 11:50 am.
Run very poorly.
Employees just standing around.
Not clean, cleaning supplies laying on tables, nobody cleaning.
Believe it or not, Royal St. store is worse than this store. They never have food. They cook it after you order.
How can you let your franchise do this. It's like they just don't care

Do NOT go here. The employees are 100% INCOMPETENT and RUDE. I didn't rate the food because I couldn't get any because the employees here are genuinely incompetent, rude, and oh yea incompetent. Thanks for ruining my experience. I'll let everyone know how bad this particular popeyes is. Wish i could give 0 stars 😊

Chicken fresh and soooo good

I went through the drive through last night around 4:30-5pm and waited in line for 30 or minutes. The car in front of me got mad and left. I really wanted their chicken or I would have left. This used to be a great place but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The dining area wasn't cleaned. The tables and floor full of crumbs. There was a sour smell in the air!! The staff was to busy getting snacks out of the back of a truck to clean the dining area. I am very disappointed with the condition of this popeyes. I will not be a returning customer 😒

Well I will start off by saying I love Popeyes.. Just not this kind of Popeyes. Well I Went to the desert to this menu 1 mile from the building Popeyes is located at. and I sat there for seems like 7 minutes and finally someone came on the microphone and said YEAH what are you needing. I said yes ma’am I need a 12 piece wing with sauce on the side please and she asked what side I said 3 options and she said it would be a wait so I decided slaw and blue berry lemonade. So I finally get to the window and sat there for 13 minutes not a car in site reminded you. The Woman opened the window and we made eye contact and I was like ain’t no way this woman has a beard with no beard net. So she give me my drink with lettuce on it, and I asked her if she had any napkins and she said for what!? and I said for the for the salad that was on the side of my drink, She didn’t like that so we got our food and left finally and when we left my buddy said dang she had a better BEARD THEN YOU BRO no beard net nothing and working the window handling food. Well I check the food at this point food was old stell and not even the right amount the slaw was so hot it like they microwaved it. To keep the peace I called the manager to address the issue all he could do is lol and say the SAD part about this is I KNOW who you’re talking about. I would say to anybody this place is absolutely a joke! don’t waste your money at this location cause you will not get a refund and you can’t talk to nobody. Cause they are not compliant. Worse place in Jackson

I am 59 years old and I am an African American male. I appreciate his service and I will always remember how down to 🌎 he is.I remember him and his good service when I visited another Popeyes on Royal Street in Jackson, Tennessee. Be assured he's good for business at any location.
