For the last few months, this location on North Highland has been the best Popeyes in the city. They got the best workers. They are always friendly and very patient. I love the ladies at the drive-through and sometimes I occasionally go in to see how they are and they are so awesome. I really love this place. The managers are also awesome. Best location in the city.
The food was of great quality and tasted delicious. There were only a couple problems with this place; Iordered the chicken sandwich that has cheese and bacon, but I was served the normal one. The place was quite unhygienic, but the decor was good so I rated the atmosphere a three. Overall this place is great, but they struggle with cleanliness and serving the food.
Like most fast food places, it depends on who's working there. Service and quality is very inconsistent. They almost always forget the sauce and frequently give me classic instead of spicy tenders. Wait time is usually pretty bad, anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on how it's going in there. Missing items are also very common so keep your receipt. Some of the workers are extremely friendly and pleasant while some are so foul I can hear their manager threatening to...
