After the person took my order at the drive thru the mic was left on and I heard the person scream then curse and tell their coworker that when they moved a cup a cockroach carrying an egg sac went scurrying. That was after an unacceptable wait in the drive thru.

I enjoy Popeye's chicken it's one of my foods I use to splurge on and break my normal eating habits to eat. I bought the 10 piece spicey chicken meal that was over $20. The cashier took my order and I had to wait on the fries because they were out, so I waited. While waiting 3 other customers came in and placed there orders. All 3 received there orders, I'm the only one waiting for there order. I asked about my order to the worker packing the orders not the cashier by my receipt number, she said I have to get your fries. So in that short time of me asking the cashier then comes up to the counter and asks me have I placed my order ?, I politely said waiting on my fries. I get my order and leave get home and prepare my plate and bite into the chicken and it's mild instead of spicey. The disappointment and upset ? is really an understatement. The whole experience was unsatisfactory, I expected what I asked for and paid for especially with the rise in cost of food.

Please stop making the side items hours in advance, they dry out and are disgusting. Why the heck can you not get potatoes with gravy on the side???? You can order it but it won't be in the bag. Plus stop giving people who order a large side several smalls instead. This place is often on a wait for chicken. But when that tackle box shrimp is available it is delicious!!!!

I'm sitting in line for 35 minutes and when I got up there to order they said they were closed and it was only 9:30. There was a lot of cars behind also

Ordered at 630, for a 730 pick-up. Still waited for 30 minutes to get my food. Did however witness two worker's FaceTime sessions, one who had a lovely voice, singing along to Rhianna. Three people come back for their biscuits not included in their family meal, and six other employees talking and doing nothing. I believe all the employees were stoned, as they just stared at the food instead of preparing the orders. Someone needs to film this place, I am sure it would go viral.

The service from the cashier was good, but the food quality has gone down hill we got 3 nugget combo's and get home to eat Nuggets were small pieces and hard. The biscuits are always hard mac& cheese was good the drink machine in the lobby has been out on our last 2 visits every drink we tried to get the machine will say unavailable. There's a lot of restaurant's we have stop going to because of the bad food they give out and now Popeyes is 1 we will not eat at again.

The chicken sandwich is as delicious as always but . There is definitely not enough help at the Popeyes on highland. I waited in lone about 10 minutes then another 7 minutes at the window , server expressed there were only two of them working at the time .

Arrived at 11:30, chicken was sitting around a since they opened I am guessing. Chicken sandwich was cold and chewy,same with the 2 PC meal..Not enjoyable.

Today this location really served up an good dinner. Most everything was prepared perfectly. Beans and rice were on point, the fries were perfect and the chicken crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The biscuit was a little dry but not inedible. Much better service than most others locally. The lobby was moderately clean and in order but that grease trap smell was present which is always a little disgruntling.
Drive thru only unless you're black is what happened to me. Then I ordered spicy chicken and got regular. I'm One and a half hours away so when I get home and find out nothing I can do.

We went thru drive thru around 530pm tonight and the workers from what we saw were just having convos and not focused on customer satisfaction at all. The drinks we got taste like nasty water with nasty flavoring put in it. We didn't get any of our sauces. Customer service was very poor. Maybe people on night shift should go back into training for customer service because that was pitiful. Nobody answers the phone. I called 5 times and was ignored every time. So corporate Popeye's, I hope you see this and know how your customers are being treated.

Same bad attitude Everytime I go here. The girl who takes your order Acts like it's a burden if you order a chicken sandwich and claims their out of sauce or Bread is frozen..... Most restaurants thaw their buns out in the morning so you won't run out of things like that 2 hours later... That's why nobody is ever there anymore in my opinion

This is not the first time iv had a bad experience at Popeyes! I ordered a 10 piece chicken no no no spicy we told them! They gave us spicy anyway! And they was Rudd! I'm done with Popeyes!!!! Never again!!!
